“Easy to find park etc the only prob I had was that all my save radio channels were gone like someone had been messing with my radio which I wasn’t happy about ?! X”
“When arriving we thought that being behind others with lights on that we would be directed from lane 3 to a parking bay. After 10 minutes without movement we discovered that all we had to do was abandon our car in lane 3 of the Meet and Greet zone. Signage to abandon car on entry was not clear.
Otherwise great and I will use again.”
“We spent 30 mins trying to get a parking space, eventually got one...but otherwise was a very handy placecto park our car and only cross the road to the airport... we will be using it again as very convenient.”
“It's not 5* because you have to engage with a screen and not a human being. When you arrive at an airport to park your car you have already been up at an ungodly hour, and for me driven on an unknown route with a baby, stress levels were quite high. The last thing I needed was to be made to enage with a screen rather than having a customer service person there to help and guide me. My daughter in law helped me. Jet2 would have someone to help you! Other than that it was all good.”
“We found it difficult to find the meet and greet carpark...there were no signs at the roundabout where other parking is signposted. The email that was sent to us with directions did not open correctly. Once we found the meet and greet everything worked perfectly and the member of staff on duty was very helpful. The carpark was convenient and close to the terminal. It was safe and secure.”
“It is the easiest airport to use, and the standard of assistance is top-level. It is a pity I made the mistake of parking in F. It is a very long walk to the check-in.”
