A couple of issues:
I don't think it was clear about the entrance - I went to the wrong one because my SatNav took me by the post code.
Secondly I don't think the car park is well lit and signage needs to be improved. I arrived at about 3.00, on a dark night,in heavy rain. Zone signs seemed few and far between. I took a screen shot of the Google map showing my location, plus some photos. When I arrived back at about 22.30, it was again very dark, with heavy rain. Consequently I struggled to find my car. I was on my own, and I am 69 ; I found it very scary. Once I located my car, I struggled to find the exit! I drove round the car park a couple of times.

Possibly could do with better signage at and around the car park. Maybe myself being a bit thick!

“Easy to find location and good value did find it a bit difficult to navigate my way out of the car park with the signage not easy to follow. Drove round twice before finally solving it”
“The car parking was fine. Got through the barriers without any problems and found a space quite quickly. On the down side the car park is in need of some maintenance. The road markings are worn out and faded, the plant life is in need of cutting back and the exit signs are very confusing snd misleading. A lot of people including ourselves spent time driving around trying to find the way out. Other than that, all was fine.”
“The meet & greet service overall worked well, however there are a few improvements that could be made.
Improved and prominent road signage to the meet & greet as you approach from any direction & continue the signage to the entrance to the parking area - there are junctions with no signage.
The automatic key drop is slow and does not always respond in a meaningful way and there is no human help available.”
“I've used this multi storey car park directly opposite the airport building on many occasions. It's location is perfect. I've only given it 4 stars because last time I used it the ANPR didn't work. This meant I had to dig out the booking reference number to be allowed to exit the car park on my return from holiday at 00:35 in the morning. However, I got a quick response from the intercom and the barrier was lifted.
My only other observation is that the signage approaching the multi storey car park is likely to confuse anyone using it for the first time because the signage refers to short stay even if you are parking for 2 weeks.”
“Most everything about the car park was a good experience, I really like Liverpool airport in general , one improvement would be the price is a little expensive”
“Very easy to use , straight in and out no problem. Only issue was there wasn’t many’s spaces available when I first drove into the car park , after driving round a couple of times I got one.”
“Excellent service but needs a little tweak insomuch that as classed as disabled there is nowhere close to be dropped off so I needed to struggle to the terminal from the car park”
“Meet and greet car park require you to leave car keys with them. That should be clearly mentioned on info. Not everyone is happy to leave car keys. Hence 4 stars”
“The car parking when arrived was smooth and efficient. The only issue was finding the meet and greet car park in the early hours of the morning. The postcode just takes you to the airport and after entering the wrong car park and having to stop a passer-by to direct us we eventually found the correct car park. I can’t fault the actual service though.”
