“We enjoyed a faultless entry and exit from the long stay car park via the automatic ANPR system. The car parks are also well signed to and from the airport entrance/exit.
Myself and my wife much preferred Liverpool airport over Manchester Airport both generally and also for the ease of parking. We have not flown out of liverpool for around ten years and we noticed all the improvements that have been done. No negatives at all or us.F”

“Basically worked well. Not too well signed in terms of directions and what to do but support via intercom at the gate helped greatly. Car park was very crowded and further signage as to where to go would have helped. Exit was fine with a sigh of relief when the barrier just went up on exit. Overall it did what it said on the tin. Now we've been through the process once we'd probably use it again.”
“Parking is great at Liverpool Airport but had a disabled badge holder with me and could not obtain a disabled bay. Therefore had to drop them at the front of the car park in the disabled area and had to park in the over flow carpark. Which is not ideal. May be should make more disabled bay to the area and able bodied people could park in the overflow.”
“Overall a good experience. Easy to find the Airport and the car park, auto camera recognition makes things very easy but we found the key deposit system a bit clunky, somehow we lost the registration ticket for the return trip which made things a bit awkward, the very pleaseant and helpful staff member on duty soon sorted us though. Would have given 5 stars but for the key deposit system. It seems everone has to be a self service and IT expert these days.”
“The car park was easy to find and it was relatively close to the terminal building. The only downsides are that it is completely open to the elements and there are no covered walk ways to and from the terminal building. Accordingly as it was raining when we left and returned it meant we got very wet.”
“Everything worked and the price was good. The only reason I haven't given it 4 stars is that we had to drive around for ages before we found a space - and we were even beginning to doubt that there would be any spaces. We found one after 10-15 minutes. But when we returned to pick up the car we saw there were now many spaces, so we were probably just unlucky that we entered the car park at such a busy time.”
“Only complaint is the lack of signposts giving directions to Meet & Greet, otherwise good service once found. Because of this I inadvertanly drove in to long stay car park thinking meet & greet was part of this, and as a consequence cost me £12 to get out of the car park.”
“I chose this carpark because of its locatity and easy access into the terminal. The Carpark location was perfect. Sadly the side door from the carpart into the terminal (as advertised) was locked and therefore had to enter via one of the front entrances. This wouldn't have been an issue had it not been pooring with rain and getting soaked in the process. The same doors were locked again on our return.”
“Arrived at 4.30 am, was difficult to find a space as full and was dark which made it more difficult to find a space, passengers had to get out of car before parking as the space was very tight”
