“I found signage confusing and was initially unsure if I was in the correct place. We only had hand luggage, but otherwise it is quite a walk and could be difficult with large cases or during inclement weather.”
“Booking was easy, car park is walking distance from the airport which is great. However, when we arrived at the car park there was a dead end at the end of the first row which meant we had to reverse all the way back to the top of the row, as there was no space to turn around. We then watched multiple cars experience this same issue. Would be helpful if there had been a member of staff around to prevent this inconvenience.”

One gripe - we had purchased fast track parking but the door to the airport near the car park was locked so we had an unexpected hike around to find an open door”
“Paid to park in multi storey but drove into long stay, couldn’t find entrance to multi storey. Had to leave car in long stay. I emailed JLA who said it would be ok and explain at exit when we returned. All was fine and we drove through.
Maybe the signs on entry could be a little clearer.
We would definitely use JLA again and recommend to family and friends”

“Fantastic place - very close to the terminal.
However the reg plate wasn't recognised despite having made the booking in advance. Nevertheless we got a support while we called and the barrier opened.
It may however be a struggle for shy people or non-English speakers.”

We normally get a lift, however this wasn't able to happen, so the night before we booked the car park and drove, obviously it was a cost we hadn't factored in to our holiday, but it did give us peace of mind that we had transport to and from the airport & our car was secure whilst we were away.”
“I only took a star off because the parking could have been better sign posted. Once there an absolutely fantastic, easy to use service. (Meet and Greet). Just left my car and keys and when I returned, there it was waiting for me. A short walk from the departure building really convenient.”
“Very easy to book and both enter and leave the car park. Would recommend for a short stay(3days) as it was cheaper than using taxis but I did look to book for a 2 week holiday and it was far too expensive”
