“It was the first time we had used Liverpool Airport parking. Overall it was pretty good. Just a couple of points though. We arrived at the meet and greet quite early in the morning and there were no staff to be seen. Also my wife has limited mobility and we were a little surprised how far it was to walk to the terminal entrance.”
“Car park is easy to find. Problem is that a huge number of parking spaces are disabled, those close to the airport. Very convienient locatiopn though.
Also had a 7.00am book in time and arrived at 6.47am. So to gain acess needed to press for a ticket. Then on leaving I had a £105 bill. - 2 days later. So pressed the buzzer and the man on the end let me go, mainly because I was one hour before my book out time.
Reason I was early was that I received 2 emails saying please get here 3 hours before to assist delays.

“I Love Liverpool Airport as it always seeks excellent Customer Services. The new to me version of Meet and Greet was almost perfect. Fortunately, it was not raining; I understand that these things are problematic for planners, but a covered walkway would give us comfort as we returned on a cold late February with luggage and without waterproofs. The key system worked well. My only other pointer was that the video showing us how to get there was not so obvious to those who did not know the new layput. It was fast and missed out the starting point. One other matter: do you charge EV's if requested?”
“I have used the long stay car park on a number of occasions. It's pretty straight forward. I pre book the space and the barrier recognises the registration number. You find a space and on return the barrier let's you out. Quite hassle free. I like to know I can get home once my flight lands.”
“Ideal for the airport short walk to terminal, good signage to get to the car park, but woefully inadequate to get out. Spent 10 mins driving round circles . need more signs or road markings”
“Booking system very good & cost ok. Car park Signage approaching very good. Once in there the Signage to the overflow carport was very poor, luckily we had friends with us who have used before, they told about the hill at the back with takes you to the overflow section which was empty as the main car park was full. But we would use again.”
“Pre booked parking no problem a little expensive but secure return delayed until following day paid, £20 excess in terminal BUT ANPR on exit did not recognise had to use call. PLUS easyjet will not pay excess BUT pays for hotels transport and food in IOM dont find this fair BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS EASYJET”
“I used the meet and greet service which was really convenient and a short distance away from departure entrance and arrival exit. The only slight issue I had was that the car was parked in a really tight spot and therefore I had to reverse out before other passengers could use.”
“Parking was very easy and clear. Very smooth on both departure and arrivals. Slightly disappointed to be charged for Fast Track when it is currently closed due to ongoing works. Maybe remove the option until they are completed, i now have to chase a refund.”
“The car park was extremely busy (it was half term) and we struggled to find a space. Once we had parked we only had a short walk to the departure building. I was happy that my car would be secure during the few days we were away. The pre booking was simple and the cost did not appear unreasonable. I would use this service again.”
“Parking was fine, we used Fast Track parking, however fast track was not operating in the Airport. No proactive compensation from you, I had to report it to Customer Services who then agreed to repay the fast track element”
“Very good convenient parking, automatic entry and departure a great improvement. To exit the car park is confusing, need better exit signs and better lighting.”
