“Massive car park, really close to the airport so very handy. A bit pricey.
Unfortunately some ignorant drivers parked their cars across the walkway so we had to walk with suitcases where cars were passing. Perhaps these areas weren’t marked clear enough.”
“I recently used long stay parking. On arrival there were two cars parked in green lane. I tried to go round but they were blocking entry to long stay parking. Forcing me to go round into drop off parking. I then had to make a further payment to get out, not happy.”
“Parking was convenient however disappointed that having checked the price a week before we definitely knew we were flying the price went up significantly with a few days to go”
“Directions given after booking were perfect. The key deposit system was clear if a bit daunting. No sooner had I deposited the key and someone was on their way to take my car to wherever it was being stored for the 4 days we were away. I had a small issue on return, the key return boxes should be opened very carefully or else they can snap back and then you can’t retrieve it. Thankfully someone was on hand to sort it out for me. I know for next time.”
“Overall good - expensive but ultimately the car was safe and undamaged. The directions to the car park that was specifically for us were not very clear at 04.00 hrs!”
“I wish the Park Smart facility were better signposted. Found myself recently having to go through the drop-off zone and pay extra to get out because once you are in the lanes for drop-off and short-stay you can’t divert out because the lanes are curbed. I had paid in advance for Park Smart so I had to pay for drop-off on top of that even though I wasn’t dropping anyone off”
“Disappointed to need assistance in obtaining entry to the car park, despite prior booking and a standard number plate. Other than that the car car park is really well placed for easy access to the terminal.”
“We used the Meet and Greet for the first time and it was generally very good. Could there be a sign inside the building giving directions to the area where you pick up your car? I found the directions which briefly popped up on the screen when I picked up my key to be very confusing.”
“Parking was fine and price reaonable. Less than 5 minute walk to the airport.
Postcode and what3words took me to a different car park with a one way system and the barrier would not open. Had to reverse to get out (dark and raining). Security staff were very helpful.”
“Overall the experience of Liverpool Airport was good, including parking and the terminal itself.
However there was a long delay getting the security and hand baggage control which I am not sure why, weather is was the scanners or new equipment but was poor and took too long.
Other than that great service :-)”
“I used the car park for a 15 day trip as I've used it a few times before and prefer Liverpool Airport to Manchester. It's great as it's only a short walk to the airport. The reason I've not given it 5 stars is I had to change the times due to my flight changing. The final price was excessive and way more than Manchester.”
“Clear instructions how to get to airport , carpark,exit is not well highlighted , via road , floor , and sections like sectionC, and to vast need to be slightly more condensed, and took 15 minutes to find my car , even though I took photos , to remember we're I parked.”
