“I found the parking to be generally good. My only feedback would be it needs better signposting for the exits. As our flight was an evening flight, and the weather wasn't great on our return, exiting the car park was difficult and the road markings were none existant. The singposts were very small and hard to spot. Found myself driving the wrong way a few times.”
“Everything fine apart from the signage when entering the car park which emphasised the price of parking and not enough emphasis on pre paid customers. This confused me initially.”
“First time in decades using the long stay car park. Easy to follow instructions and smooth entry. Minor issue trying to find available spaces but, I am sure I wasn’t the only one.
Overall pleased with experience and would consider using again.”
“The parking is good in Meet and Greet but the booking site doesn't display prices until after you have selected dates. Isn't there a standard charging structure? I get the emails saying I qualify for a discount but never see one or a place to put a code? Otherwise it would be a 5 star.”
“The carpark easy to book, location is great as you can walk within 5 minutes to the terminal. footpath a little uneven in places making it hard to manoeuvre suitcases, getting stuck at times. Only problem I had was the postcode given in email to get to carpark was wrong. It took me to meet & greet, but I had booked long stay. If it had said enter long stay cark, liverpool airpark into goggle maps aswell, not just postcode it would be better.”
“A bit difficult to find had to do a couple of up turns but once located it was a breeze, the barrier went up right away I was expecting to have to contact someone like we have at other airports but we was straight in loads of space and well lit, no problem finding the car on our return, would deffo use again.”
“I would have given 5 but if you missed the turning like we did and ended up going round and round and not allowed to stop so forced into a car park only to have to pay £5 to get out and we spoke to another couple that it happened too.”
“The system worked well, easy to find. No-one there at first to direct but they soon appeared and was helpful. Saw no signage as we came out of the terminal so had to rely from memory which direction to go.”
“the instructions could have been better when leaving the key. After registering and getting the item to attach key to, The arrow pointing at where to post the key is miss leading. 2 of us were leaving our key and we both were looking at the machine at the right. It should state that the slot is on the side wall.”
“The entry lane to the car park was not easily visible in the dark, and the exit signs were not very clear on leaving the car park.
There were plenty of spaces for parking and it was helpful that it was all on one level. It was easy and a short distance to the airport departure doors.”
“Actual parking was good however postcode given sent us to the wrong carpark via sat nav. Took us a few minutes to find the correct park then everything went well.”
“It was the first time we had used Liverpool Airport parking. Overall it was pretty good. Just a couple of points though. We arrived at the meet and greet quite early in the morning and there were no staff to be seen. Also my wife has limited mobility and we were a little surprised how far it was to walk to the terminal entrance.”
