“A very large and full car park. Difficult to find a space. Quite a walk to the terminal with luggage as I had a disabled passenger. It would be better if dropping and collecting passengers in the drop off zone was included in the price.
Entry and exit easy with NPR.”
“It was easy to find, instructions were good, very easy to check in and out. The Meet and Greet car park is very close to the airport, an easy walk.
The only issue we had was on return on finding where you had parked my car, took too long to find it and had to go back inside to ask where it was, luckily someone was there to help - instructions were not clear, please make it clearer, for example, it said it was in Zone C, 27 but it was actually in Row C and the bays are not numbered. Zones were used in a car parking space nearby so it was confusing.
Cost could be a bit cheaper too.

“Opportunity to book the Long Stay car park ahead online was useful and it was well signposted on arrival at airport.
Although it appeared fully booked at first glance, I eventually found a space in the K section at the rear of the parking complex and from there, it was an easy walk to the terminal.
One small point. My flight home was delayed considerably and although I altered the exit time online, I didn’t get a confirmation which caused some anxiety. In the event I got through the barrier with one minute to spare!”

I was confused why we had to put entry and exit times and not just dates as I would expect that you can arrive and leave at any time on the actual days you have paid for.
Would be great if the longer you stay the cheaper the daily rate.”
“I drove in the wrong car park and the person on the machine was very helpful. I felt it could have done with more clear signposts to help people remember where they parked.”
“I appreciated the easy access and signage to the Long Stay car park. Plenty of spaces to park in. On our return the signage to exit the car park from Zone A was not clear and it took some time to exit. Apart from that I felt the experience represented value for money. Thank you”
“We used the multi story and it was perfectly adaquate, thank you. The bays seemed a bit tight but then again everyone else's car was 8ft wide! Will look to fly from Liverpool again as a lot less stressful than Manchester.”
“great car park, very close to the terminal and price included fast track security. the only downside is the directions given in the email confirmation which are not accurate. ended up in the short stay car park and had to pay £6 for the privelige to get out. other drivers for the same car park ended up in the entrance to another car park and had to reverse out against oncoming traffic.”
“The parking and collection was great but I paid for 3 fast track and the printed copies would not open barrier despite trying for 15 minutes and asking g staff who were at best unhelpful at worst rude! We had to join the crowds so no time for coffee etc”
“Handy parkingg for airport but on printing directions sat nav takes you back of carpark. Barriers didnt open and huge signs telling you fines of £100 if stopping. You have no option but to stop and turn to find correct entrance. That apart parking was fine. Could be cheaper as its all outside. Im disabled so needed close to airport entrance.”

Really easy to park and really close to the airport.
The only downside is that it’s not very clear to get out. My flight landed at night it was raining heavily and the exit signs are not very clear so went round in circles but managed to get out in the end. All in all a good experience”
“Both long stay and multi-storey are a short walk to the main building. The road markings in and around the carparks are a joke - most of them are worn away and general condition is poor. With such extortionate parking costs (at most UK airports) there is no excuse for shoddy upkeep.”
