“Very easy to park. Only criticism was on the way out after our holiday the barrier wouldn’t lift to let us out. It wasn’t just us, everybody couldn’t get out. The help button just rang out and when answered the man on the other end wasn’t very pleasant”
“All good, apart from the exiting the car park. The automatic number plate recognition on the exit wasnt workng. The car in front of me had the same problem. Had to wait for the guy on the end of the intercom to answer. He couldn't see faulty exit cameras image, he had to ask me for my number plate.”
“Meet and Greet car park very close to the terminal and secure. Sadly the post code on the order confirmation took us to the drop off car park which cost us £5 to get out. A kind man redirected us to the correct route. Now we know the route we will use again.”
“The long term parking is great. Nice and close to the terminal building. However, you will have to have the skills of Indiana Jones in order to find your way out to the exit.”

“Very easy to find. ANPR system seems to work quite well.Not very clear at night that you have to hold your ticket under scanner not feed it into the exit machine.”
“Great parking so close to the terminal at a very reasonable price compared to Manchester. Only suggestion would be to improve the exit signs in the long stay car park as the current ones are a bit unclear.”
“We booked the meet and greet but the instructions supplied were awful and the signage was poor and hence we ended up going to the short stay and having to pay £5 to get out again. Fortunately someone guided us to the right car park and from there on in it was perfect. Easy to drop the key and easy to pick up with our car waiting for us outside. Please send out clearer instructions and improve the signage!”
“Parking is ok right now though you still have to drive around long stay for quite a while looking for space. Problem will start when Jet2 commence activity it will be really hard to find space.”
“On entry to the car park, the camera incorrectly recorded my car reg number, but I didn't notice until returning from holiday and trying to exit the car park. I'd prepaid the fee beforehand so was delayed exiting while I contacted the officer to let me out. Needs to be more accurate.”
“we have parked with you before its lovely and easy but this time the entry machine had a label which said no tickets needed so we carried on but when we came home the exit machine said ticket needed so we had to call for help but it was easily sorted, so we will be back early next year”

No issue with the booking or parking it self.
Only one thing need improvement in my opinion - signage. If you don't know where to go after parking your vehicle, you will end up running around parking with luggages trying to find the way to the departures. Other than that, thumbs up.”
