“Easy booking and payment on line. Ease of access when at the car park. Even better if there were more trolley bays dispersed across the parking area. I could only see one”
“Simple and efficient entry procedure and within easy walking distance to the terminal. The only issue we had was arriving back after our holiday in the early hours of the morning and therefore in the dark. It was not easy to find the exit of the car park!”
“The ANPR worked well both on entry and exit saving time looking for the paperwork and QR code.
Whilst the weather was good for us, had it been raining we would have been wet as it is a few minutes walk. Could contemplate putting a few stops along the way, or a section covered. I suspect a few people may not remember where they parked so an innovative solution to enable you to record where you left it? Even as simplae as a keypad at the walking exit where you can record the row and bay that can then be emailed may be a solution?”
“Very professional in the way the personnel guided you through the process of checking in to getting on your flight. Staff have dialogue and banter with travellers
I just hope it carries on this, way as the airport expansion unfolds over the next few years and doesn't become another Manchester headache.
I much prefer to use Liverpool”
“Pretty easy to find, though the postcode initially guided me to meet and greet, so turned around and my passenger put "Speke Hall Avenue" in to Google which put me right :-)
Illuminated signage indicated where spaces were available and the car park is a short walk to the terminal.”
“Drop off was really good close to departures. however when we picked the car up the headlights had been left on which drained the battery. We did manage to get it started but we did notice another car that we're in the same position.”
“My first visit to john lenon airport and I decided to book the meet and greet car park thinking that would make life easier than multistory. How wrong was I. This was my first flight since covid so lots have changed but the meet and greet is human free. When you arrive you have to book your car in via a terminal and tag and post your keys. Then on return you collect keys from said terminal which tells you when to find your car. It all worked OK but it's wasn't meet and greet plus it's further to walk than multistory.”
“The whole experience was very good, Just one thing let it down for me, When collecting the car, I got a very quick view where my car was, It took my 50 minutes to find it, I would suggest a printable map when you collect the keys,”
