“I used Meet and Greet and everything went smoothly. Very short walk to the terminal.
However, in general, I think airport parking is ridiculously expensive. Cost of flights for 2 people was only £7 dearer than parking for 3 nights!”
“Used the long term car park, even at the furthest point away from the terminal it can't be more than a 5 minute walk.
My only problem was on entry and exit, the ANPR camera misread my number plate as DW instead of OW therefore needed help to exit!”
“We used the fast track car park at liverpool airport in January, the car park was well signposted and easy to get to.
We parked the car with no hassle and walked directly into the terminal and to the c heck in desks
The only issue was coming back as when we came through from arrivals the cars park was not signposted internally, we had to walk outside the terminal and to the far end of the terminal to get to the car
On leaving the car park there were insufficient signs directing you to the correct exit
Other than that it was far easier experience than Manchester and more convenient, would recommend”
“parking itself is great, easy and convienient but its a shame the post code they give you when u book takes you to a different enterance, so once close to airport use the signs for long term parking”
“Soon found a parking place but the lack of signs made it a little difficult to find the actual airport departures. When we returned we also found it hard to find the long stay carpark.”
“Good size parking left my car here for 4 days trip abroad.Easy access in and out of car park payment is made online so you don’t have to do nothing when you get to the car. It’s all automated and barriers go up on entry and exit”
“Excellent - parked 10m from the door on the way in but unfortunately the same entrance was closed when we arrived back and had to walk around in the freezing cold.”
“First time using Liverpool and meet n greet parking. Signage for the car park was very poor, ended up driving into the other short/long stay and drop off zone looking for a sign which then cost me £5 to get back out - not a happy start to my journey!!! The m&g was fine and easy to use, no humans involved all touch screen so you need to be able to operate the system and tag your own keys.
The path from the car park to the terminal is those block pavers so if you’re wheeling your case be prepared for 10 minutes of mental torture and arm shaking…
Otherwise it was ok… thanks for asking!”
“We parked in the long stay carpark for 1 week (6.1.-13.1.). On arrival, due to snow and rain, the car park was extremely wet under foot and as it was also dark, we struggled to find the shortest way to the terminal. We know that there are footpaths, but it wasn't clear which way to go to access them.
It would help if there was better signage to find the quickest way to the terminal building. It was difficult to maneuvre between parked cars with the suitcases.
Other than that, we find that Liverpool Airport and parking is very practical, efficient and mostly stress free.”
“The process of entering the car park and parking was very easy and close to the terminal.
Exiting the carpark was a nightmare due to the lack of direction signs to the exit.”
“We used the long stay carpark in January. It is conveniently close to the terminal building; we walked round the multistorey and into the terminal. Some of the long stay places are a little further away. At present some building work means a very short detour and we couldn't find a baggage trolley in the carpark so had to carry a heavy piece of luggage to the terminal. This was not an issue on our return. The automatic number plate recogition worked well and we were able to find a space easily and leave quickly.”
