“Our first visit to John Lennon airport. The airport itself is great but the meet and greet parking we booked was disappointing in comparison to meet and greet we have booked at other airports. There was no one there to meet and greet. Our key once dropped in the ‘key bin’ did not fit all the way down out of sight and there was no one around to help ensure the key was safe. The check in system is all on a screen. Defintely not a meet and greet. On arrival back in the UK the meet and greet car park was not well signposted and it was a very stressful walk from the terminal with two children and luggage to try and locate where to pick our car up from. Again no one to meet and greet. All computer based check in. Would rather have booked the multi storey had we known this which was directly opposite the terminal and easy to use. Not worth the money we paid at all. Would not recommend booking meet and greet at this airport.”
“On arriving and parking up the car next to us had left their window open and seeing that you had covered the window was thoughtful and put our minds at ease that the cars are checked. I can’t fault it!”
“Very pleased with parking ‘ perhaps under cover would have made even better.
Unfortunately on my return 3 deep scratches on my bonnet, very disappointing, looks like someone rested hand luggage then dragged it off. So in addition to the expense for premium parking it’s now another £500 bill to repaint bonnet. Alas I understand it’s not the Airport fault but very disappointing and an expensive reminder that maybe taxis would be better idea.”
“Parked in multi storey, 2 minutes walk to departure, great airport but I wish you'd do a few more different days to Kos as next year we now have to go to Manchester which I bloody hate!”
“Quick and easy to book , and affordable parking. Once we arrived …. no queues and a hassle free arrival . The only thing I would suggest …. Is a cover over the walk way incase of wet weather . As it’s a fair walk to the terminal if you’re at the far end of the carpark . Just a thought !”
“You car’s not save over there. I parked my car there for a week but somebody hit my car who shell I contact to now. So in other words try to keep your car safe at home.”
“The car park is easily located and only a short walk from departures. The entry/ exit system worked… always a bonus! Had to drive around a while to find a space, but got one eventually. Online booking and payment was easy. Will definitely use it again. Such a much more pleasant experience than Manchester airport!”
“Easy process to book parking, pay online and access the carpark on arrival. Close to the airport, we stayed at the outdoor long stay. An empty space was easy to find - less than 5 minutes. Would recommend and use again.”
