“Booking car park was straight forward. Getting in and out of car was easy. When air plane was delayed was worried we would have to pay a fine as we did not get back on time on time to car park but we did not have to pay one.”
“Very convenient location. It's great that you can walk to the terminal building. However, I was disappointed with the price. It was very similar to what I'd pay for airport parking at one of the London airports. Furthermore, it can be quite difficult to find a spot to park in. Other airport car parks direct you to a specific zone and cordon off zones that are already full. When we arrived at Liverpool it seemed like a free for all and it took us a fair while before we managed to find an empty space.”

“Efficient and limited queues despite peak season. Bars and restaurants a little busy with some refusing new guests, otherwise much easier than another well known regional airport, on the way in and the way out”
“Easy to book online. Easy to get there and well signposted with good access and getting into car park easy. Not even a 5 min walk from terminal. Good price and first time suing but will use again instead of local park and rides”
“First time I have used Liverpool airport car park. I normally fly out of Manchester airport. I have to say what a wonderful experience and although we have booked two more holidays leaving from Manchester airport. We will now look in the future to book from Liverpool airport as parking and they all airport experience is far better, easier and less stressful than Manchester airport.”
“Liverpool airport is the easiest and most user friendly facility that makes flying to far flung destinations a doddle.
The parking arrangements onsite means that you can easily drop off your vehicle and walk the short distance to the departure lounge. The only thing I would recommend for people using the Park Smart facility, is know where you’ve parked your vehicle! The parking area is quite big, and with no transfer bus to pick you up, its advisable to photograph your vehicle to the area you've parked it. Its also pretty expensive to park for a longer period, which doesn't help if you intend on leaving it there for a couple of weeks, but I suppose as its a closed in area with security, you are paying for the privilege of it being held in a secure compound.”
“I have used your car park before and have been very happy.
However, I messed up my return flight home and got the date mixed up. When I went to the barrier it wouldn't go up.I spoke to a member of your staff and I had overstayed my stay by a day.
I was charged £25. I hold my hands up it was my fault and unfortunately you sometimes don't get some customer's who might try it on so you have to have a charge for an over stay. I just thought £25 was a bit steep for a day late.”
