“I used Meet and Greet where usally use Smart Parking. Meet and Greet was harder to find as no directional signage on the site itself so ended up in woring car park and having to pay. Then once in office to check car in, lack of humna support is not the best when feeling anxious in first instance. Will go back to Smart Parking which is just as near and easier as park up, take own keys and walk same distance (and cheaper).”
“Car park and drop off was ok , signage for the meet and greet was rubbish and in the middle of the night ended up in long stay car park that charged me £12 to get out after 2 minutes”
“The car park isnt too far away from the airport. We found a space easily and on return we left the car park with no trouble. All went smoothly. Booked online and automatic barriers operating the entering and exiting.”
“Beware of faded and missing lines to parking bays especially if your arriving in the dark or the parking warden used by LJLA will slap a £100 ticket on your vehicle.
I have parked in the space shown on the picture many time's but for some reason its now not a space”
“The parking area is not well signposted. There is a location map on the confirmation but it does not include a postcode or adequate directions for a first time user. Similarly, there is inadequate signage inside the terminal and outside for returning drivers.
The facitity is straightforward enough, although on returning to pick up our keys I was advised that the 'drawer' would close if it was not carefully help open.
Finally, as it's a DIY/unmanned facility, it's more 'self service' than 'Meet and Greet'”
“The meet and greet car parking was very convenient. On both outward and inward parts of the trip the system worked well and was easy to follow.
It's proximity to the airport is a major plus.
I wouldn't hesitate to use it in future.”
“As we live in Staffordshire Moorlands we have a choice of Manchester or Liverpool Airports. If we can, we will always use Liverpool as it's much more easier to get through customs etc. Collecting luggage from the carasol is refreshingly quick too.”
