“Used to go manchester all the time for flight to work in Belfast, I hate manchester airport. Liverpool is just so much better ter in terms of size and location. The processes at Liverpool run much more smoothly as well so going through security etc is a breeze compared.
Parking is mega, spaces are well sized and its so close to the airport itself.”
“Easy to book your car in but , unfortunately we paid for meet and greet, and when we got there there was no a soul to meet you , so why is it ( meet and greet) disappointing”
“Once we found the fast track car park is was great, but the directional signage is very poor and we ended up going through the drop off car park twice (at a cost of £12) before we found the way. Very annoying!”
“The parking was great! Parked up walked straight down to the airport first time flyer here so I needed everything to work and go as planned. The barrier recognised my car and it popped up with my name was great. I will be using it again!”
“I'm afraid I did not find it easy to find my car park at all. I had the £36 one - followed the signs and as it was on the map, went into the car park, didn't recognise my reg, paid in advance, and then it said it was £96.
As you come in, park easy then looks like it is by the rent a car part - turned down there, no signs of where to turn next for park smart, ended up turning round and phoning a friend who said no it's the long stay one which is park smart, it just made no sense. Unless you go multi - story, cou could be guided anywhere! Really needs better signage in regards to which car park and lane is which as once you turn onto the last road to get in lane for where you park, you really haven't much time to see.
It needs to have the car park name as it is online on the signs, from what I see on your map to what I see in real life, park smart was NOT easy to find when you are on your own. Apologies.”

We mistakingly parked in the wrong carpark, which we only found out after returning to the carpark after a delayed flight after midnight !!
They staff were very understanding and dealt with matter within minutes.... and we were on our way home 👍👍 Thankyou.”
“Ease, stress free parking, we arrived around 5.45am, car park lit enough, booked online, recognised at the barriers, straight through, busy car park, parked further away out of other cars, plenty of turning space down the isles, the car was secure when we came back, no marks, or anything from other vehicles.”
