“My airport parking experience was very good. Entering an Exiting worked seamlessly and it isn't too far away from departure and arrivals.
One caveat is that it can be costly to park there.”

“Seamless process from start to finish. After booking, confirmation received promptly. On arrival barrier lifted as we approached and we found a spot straight away. Top tip always make a note of where you park as it is quite large but there are zone markers. On our return, found the car and when we were leaving the barrier opened with no issues.”
“On a good side it's very close to the airport which is on a few minutes walking. The downside is that the signage is basicially none existant, on the way out it was like a maze with no visible signs showing you which way the exit is.”

“The car park is conveniently located close to the airport, and dropping off and collecting the keys was straightforward. However, the signage directing you to the car park was poor, and the entrance was not via the main entrance as expected. We ended up going through barriers into the wrong car park, which was frustrating.
Despite being advertised as Meet and Greet, there was nobody there to meet us or greet us. In reality, it felt more like a drop-and-go car park, with no personal service.
Overall, the location and key drop-off and collection process were fine, so no complaints on those points. However, the poor signage and lack of any actual meet-and-greet service were disappointing. The description should be clearer about what customers can expect.”
“Apart from the sat nav taking us to premium parking instead if long stay . The parking was quick and easy . We did long stay for a week about 100 pound . You can get taxi for that but easier than waiting around for one. 2 minutes walk to the airport.”

“The day before returning, it became clear I needed another twelve hours. I made three attempts to do this, but efforts to submit were not accepted. On my return the next day I was required to pay £25 more. This was not a good system”
