“Horrible service. We had pre-booked a week in the parking lot, our flight was cancelled and we spent about 2 hours in the lot but did not receive anything back. Contacted the parking services to explain the circumstances and they were completly unsympathetic, had their money and could care less.
Will not use the lots again.”
“I had reserved a car park space for 3 days thinking I was returning on the 3rd day.
It turned out that we were away for 3 nights.
I eagerly contacted JLA parking, and I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who reassured me that I needn’t worry, I just had to pay the extra £15 on exit.
All good and I would recommend parking at the airport, saves all the faf & taxi expenses. Thank You.”

“Drop off was really good close to departures. however when we picked the car up the headlights had been left on which drained the battery. We did manage to get it started but we did notice another car that we're in the same position.”
“When we arrived at the car park, the barriers didn't open so we called for assistance only to realise I'd written one number wrong in the number plate. They were very helpful and understanding and helped us sort the issue out. Lovely support when needed and the car park is very easy to access from the airport.”
“Smart Park is too far from terminal and difficult to find a space. Have ongoing query as I was charged a small extra amount on arrival and another on departure although I had paid in full. Prefer the long stay car park opposite the terminal.”
“I live only 25 mins from Manchester Airport, but as the parking there is chaotic along with everything else being such a mess, i decided to fly from Liverpool. It was a great choice, we pre booked the long stay car park, it was so simple, the walk to the terminal took only 2 mins. The Airport is much slicker, easier to walk around and grab food. I’ll whenever possible be flying from John Lennon, it may take an extra 40mins than Manchester for me, but you get that time back as it’s easier to park, the queuing is much faster, as is the whole process.”
“Very happy with the Meet & Greet process and very close to the airport terminal. It was very straightforward to check the car in and once back, we could see the car parked just outside. The only downside was the last time we parked on airport at John Lennon it was a lot cheaper, but that was 7 years ago.”
“My first visit to john lenon airport and I decided to book the meet and greet car park thinking that would make life easier than multistory. How wrong was I. This was my first flight since covid so lots have changed but the meet and greet is human free. When you arrive you have to book your car in via a terminal and tag and post your keys. Then on return you collect keys from said terminal which tells you when to find your car. It all worked OK but it's wasn't meet and greet plus it's further to walk than multistory.”
“2nd time parking in the multistorey car park. This is so convenient right next to the terminal. Had no problem with the NPR either time. Would recommend 👌”
