“I accidentally drove into the wrong car park, the staff were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction, can fault it, will definitely use the parking facilities again when I next fly from Liverpool.”

However, as a pedestrian trying to get to the terminal building for the first time, it is hard to know how to exit the car park and most the time walking where cars are passing with no dedicated pedestrian walkway. On the other hand, it is only a 5 minute walk and I would now know what to do next time.”
“We had a good experience of parking at the airport , our inky struggle was having a big car and the spaces being quite narrow , we had to drive around for sometime to find space big enough so we could actually get out of the car , I know this can’t be helped as the car is big but maybe a little more space would have eased the worry about the car being damaged whilst away”
