“This was easy to organise and simple to use and a fantastic resource for a family one of whom has limited mobility. There were wheelchairs available and we easily managed to move from the multistorey to the departure lounge.”

“Myself, friend and our two 11 year old children found it extremely difficult to locate where to go to collect our car where arriving back at 3am. There was no meet and greet signposted when you leave arrivals and no staff to ask (see picture) It took us over 20 minutes walking around in the dark in the middle of the night before heading to the right location. Having used Manchester meet and greet multiple times because of the ease of travelling with children, I found our Liverpool experience disappointing.”
