Right opposite departures.
Was a bit of a pain when we returned and someone had parked so close to me I couldn’t get in my drivers side door and had to climb through the passenger side. That’s not their fault but just a note to be considerate when you park. If I’d of been a person with a disability who couldn’t have climbed over, we’d have been stuck there.”
“no problem - came in at 4 in the morning but the gate opended up and I found as space over in section E. Three days later came back at 10 pm and drove out no problem (gate opended)”
“Very easy to find the car park in the early hours of the morning and close to the terminal. Having never parked at an airport before ( we’ve always travelled from our local airport by taxi) I wanted to make sure my car was secure and under cover. The spaces were a decent size and entry and exit was very easy via number plate recognition.”
“Very easy for access to the airport. Thought it was great as our flight was delayed and we went over our allotted time by about 30 mins but was not charged any extra.
We have already booked the car park again for a trip in October”
“I thougth the parking a Liverpool was absolutely appalling .Lots of dead ends and having to to do 3 points turns then driving against the arrows.The whole layout needs upgrading or the price need to reflect the poor state of the infrostructure and design. This actually put me off from flying from Liverpool again.”
“Easy to book and pre pay , easy entrance and easy exit unlike some air ports and as long as you put the correct dates in you dont have to pay to get out!!”
“Never had any previous issues , but this time our flight was delayed by 2 hours.
On the booking it said to pay excess at the machine but when we tried it said Reg not valid. We couldn't get in touch with anyone, so we haven't paid our excess and worried about a fine. An out of hours number would be a good touch in the email or by the machines.”
