“It's called Meet & Greet. We weren't met or greeted! Just guessed that we had to park somewhere then a fully automated fumbling around with various signs and screens in an empty room and deposit boxes. Staff may have been around somewhere, but obviously very shy. Suggest changing name to No Meet & No Greet.”
“I ordered through Ryanair, it was cheap enough and located close enough but the information didn't come straight away and I didn't know it had been allocated to me, it arrived next day. Also when it did arrive I didn't understand where the smart parking was as there was no map. Luckily there was a whats 3 words, which I used with the satnav. So would like a faster time in getting details and a map to show where it is, I know now but other people will have the same experience.”
“Don't ever expand much more!! Everyone was friendly and polite inc security and passport people - not seen in bigger airports.
Facilities were good and clean. Catering, whilst limited, is excellent and quick.
Overall - i look for Liverpool airport to start all our holidays when possible”

“Used the Park Smart car park. Easy access, a short walk to the terminal. Automatic number plate recognition on entry and exit. Very easy and simple process. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.”
“I used the Meet & Greet for the first time. I was appr4ehensive, never having used the airport before taking my car. The video I had received beforehand was great and upon arrival I knew exactly where to go. It was very clearly marked. I used the kiosk to confirm who I was, it printed mny receipt and sticker for the keys. I popped them in the box and left. Upon my return I scanned the ticket at the kiosk that shoed me exactly where my car was to be found and a drawer opened to reveal my key. I picked it up found my car with ease close by and away home. I think I spent less than 5 minutes each time in the hub. I shall certainly do this again”
“Great car park but not signposted too good on approach to airport. Car park was quite full but did manage to find a slot with not too much bother. Would definitely use again.”
