“Was decent, I didn’t realise it was further away than the multi story. The Need to update the location on what three words though I had two phrases shown by your site whilst they where close together it just added uneccesary confusion and panic when entering a area that can fine you if you stop”
“We use the airport parking a lot. It’s expensive but not as expensive as Manchester. However, this trip was unusual in that our return flight was cancelled due to Liverpool being closed. We couldn’t get a flight for two days and, we got charged two days extra parking! I couldn’t get the car as you were closed - you should have recognised that and allowed cars to go for free - you have our flight number when we book!
You can still do the right thing and refund the money that you were responsible for charging. I appreciate that it was bad weather but for to close and me to pay feels entirely wrong.”
“The service itself was very good when you actually find it!! It’s not clearly signposted and can easily be missed. The directions on the email take you outside the multi story car park (that you haven’t booked) and ends up costing you a lot more than you bargained for just to drive out!!”

“I used the meet and greet car park. It's badly sign posted I wound up in the multi story first. The sign at the junction doesn't refer to it as meet & greet but something else the alternative sends you to all other car parks.”
“The open air car park was easily accessed, well signposted & easy to find. The long walk at night & in the rain was not pleasant. There are no covered walkways or shelters anywhere. Cameras & parking restrictions everywhere prevented me from picking up my wife & cases.
The cost was excessive & in future we will use a taxi or park elsewhere.”
“Doors from Fast track parking into Terminal were looked so had to walk length of terminal to get in that’s not fast should have used other parking opp terminal”
“Trying to find the correct place to park is very confusing, and ended up in the wrong carpark. The people at the office on the intercom were very helpful, 10/10. Concerning, with signage everywhere, no stopping, £100 fine, how the hell are you able to find where to need to be without stopping to get your bearings or ask someone. Maybe next time now i've been, it will be a better experience.”

“I love liverpool airport, but as an international airport the arrival back in England, or to visitors of walking 200 metes or so under a bus shelter , with dilapidated plywood buildings behind and entering the terminal through an old metal door frankly lets the airport and our country down . Please upgrade this whale area urgently.”
“Most of the airport was fine. Easy to park close to the terminal, small airport so easy to get through. But on the way out security was a mess. Not a big queue but it seemed to just take forever. On the way back I was shocked to see no e-passport gates so we had to wait on the return. Perhaps a bit more innovation would help!”
“Certainly not "Meet and Greet".Arrived at the car park approximately 06.15 , not a human to be seen. Have used Manchester m Meet and Greet on a few occasions so knew the process for booking in otherwise would have been lost. When returning to the car park there were very few signs giving direction from the terminal to Meet and Greet to collect the car.”
“You need to use the left-hand lane to access the long stay car park check in is instant if you booked online ANPR recognises your car to let you in. Negative points are that it’s difficult to find a trolley nearby. There are no trolley parks that I could see in the dark.. the exit route is not clearly defined you have to go around the rear of the long stay multi storey. On the plus all surfaces are level with very few trips and there are some really nice landscape areas with pine trees.
Is this car park safe for lone travellers? It is ready well lit from above brightly using street lighting for I would say that some areas have difficult sight lines.
I did not see any own markers, so you have to remember where your car was parked exactly”
