“Exit sighning was not clear from my parking spot, I had to pay an extra £8.00 to get off Airport parking from a differant exit...Not happy with outcome”
“Unfortunately we used the wrong car park and on our return got charged £130.
We had pre paid for the car park and luckily on calling the bell on our departure we got charged an extra £16.
Was not totally clear but I take responsibility for.

“The Meet and Greet was fine but when parking I pointed out to the guy, who seemed to be responsible for parking the cars, that I had a Blue Badge and could not walk far. Disappointed on my return to find my car parked a long way away next to the exit barrier”
“Followed postcode supplied jb bookibg and ended up at a different carpark followed directions given by the attendant to end up at another car park. We were 1 of 4 cars turning round and had to go thrugh the pick up drop off area to get back to the road. Had to pay £6 at the barrier to exit! Finally found. This was at 4am and the don't on the sign is not clear to be read in the dark for the ParkSmart car park”
“The drop off area car park is badly marked and chaotic when busy, will not be suprised to hear someone has been knocked down. The long stay was fine, when leaving the area you have to cross a large zebra crossing which needs care as passengers with their cased not concentrating on traffic as none normally encountered there.”
“Good parking, I chose the budget option and it is still only a 5 min walk from the airport. The spaces are small so I wouldn’t want to park a large car there.”
“Very pricey just to park the car. I had to get a later flight and although it was only 13 hrs later I was charged an extra £20 I paid £60 for the three days so actually I was only 40 min later than the midnight. All that said it is very convenient for the airport just a short walk from the terminal.”
“I am waiting for a reply to a letter sent last week. In error of inputting the wrong date I have had to pay twice. My review will have to wait until I have a refund as it will effect my opinion”

“I parked on level 2. Access was easy and very convenient for terminal. There were no luggage trolley available on level 2. It took me 15 minutes to fine one - on level five in the far corner. The last one on any level. Some inconvenient and time consuming. Not a good service. When I collected the care I used the last trolley in the bay on level 2.”

“The barrier would not let me out when trying to leave however they were very helpful with this. Spaces are very close together leading to a small scratch on my car.”
