“I parked on level 2. Access was easy and very convenient for terminal. There were no luggage trolley available on level 2. It took me 15 minutes to fine one - on level five in the far corner. The last one on any level. Some inconvenient and time consuming. Not a good service. When I collected the care I used the last trolley in the bay on level 2.”

“The barrier would not let me out when trying to leave however they were very helpful with this. Spaces are very close together leading to a small scratch on my car.”

Not a happy customer”
“Yes it was my fault but also I feel an easy fault to make. Rather than saying we were coming home at 13:00, I put 01:00 and got charged at extra £15 on exiting the carpark. Not ideal and my own fault but would have been nice to have been prompted or an am/pm addition”
“The automatic barrier did not work on the way in or out. After a long discussion we gained access and similarly on the way out. Why don’t the operators stop cars parking on the only pedestrian route through the car park. Idiots park in the pedestrian route through and nothing is done about it.”
“Easy to find and close to the terminal. It is vast but we still had difficulty finding a space and despite driving round several times could not find any disabled spaces at all. The surface is good unlike some of the mud baths I've experienced in the past, so it wasn't too difficult to get to the terminal and fortunately I was having a 'good' day so made it with a bit of a struggle. Anyone with more serious mobility problems should consider the multi storey opposite the terminal which has 10 disabled spaces on the 5th floor with a lift down.”
“Our flight was cancelled and there was not an option on your website for a refund only an option to extend our parking. We were only in the car park for two hours as opposed to five days.

“Unable to enter the car park automatically as it stated in the order process. Had to use the call button to gain access. Only stayed for the day. Prices on the expensive side.”
“Not been for a while and found it rather confusing, stuck in one way unable to get out, not what you need at 5.00am with other cars piling up behind you. Then on the way out a private van parked up trying to catch folk speeding. I’m better informed now but the booking didn’t make it clear there were multiple different car parks.”

Having used the multi storey previously I would recommend that option for a higher price to save frustration and anxiety before joining the queues at security”
