I decided to use the meet and greet service, however I didn't follow the map (very impotant!!) I made the mistake of following the road signs enerting via the main enterance on Speke Hall Ave. The only road sign on Dunlop Rd. is for Fast Track parking. This meant I had to go though the drop off (£5 to turn around!) or go into the long stay. With check in looming I opted to go in the long stay and pay the cost. I saw the meet and greet across the road from the long stay, but no access from the main enterance. I contacted customer services while away and the very helpful Sonia helped me though to a conclusion. Thank you Sonia!

Meet & Greet was convenient although very badly signposted if it's your first time there. Self serve terminals worked for us. The access to the portakabin is one way which means when you retrieve your car you have to walk the wrong way down the ramp which makes zero sense.

New Meet & Greet --Signage on approach to from main Road very poor - finished up paying £5 to get out of wrong parking area !!Once found Meet & Greet itself --good on entry Dry weather. DREADFUL ON RETURN--Plane delayed and bucketing it down with rain meant we literally got soaked through to the skin. LONG WALK WITH NO COVERED AREA FROM MAIN Building to Meet & Greet Parking zone -- RESULT we had to travel 40 miles HOME in our car in EXTREMELY WET CLOTHING -- A Terrible end to our Holiday . -- Therefore will go back to using Multi Story /Long Stay next time -- unless improved !

Very easy to find and entered the car with no problems. On exit, barrier did not raise automatically and I had to call through for assistance, which was a little inconvenient.

POst code directed me to short stay car park and had to pay to go in and straight out, massive car park without zones or numbers to find the car on return, apart from that it was bang on

Simple to use the service, but a bit impersonable. Watch out for the sign on the way towards the airport.

The parking at Liverpool long stay car park is convenient for us and we use it often. There are many Zebra Crossing in the car park to help reach the terminal. However, the paint has nearly disappeared on many of them and cars regularly park on them and the walkways between them. It would be really good if they could be painted.

As far as Entry and exit and location goes it's good, Only issues are it's not very well marked as far directional arrows and signs go, and it took 15 minutes to find a space, even after 15 minutes I parked on a yellow box section but I could see an attempt had been made to paint parallel lines over it, this still causes me to worry whilst away weather or not I could park there, as to, which came first, the parallel lines then the yellow grid or the yellow grid then the parallel lines. The price was very very cheap for almost 48 hours. G

The pavement and road surfaces make it difficult to push suitcases across to the far ends of the car park where our car was parked. It caused me to fall when my case got stuck!!!

Charging structure isn’t great. I know everybody else does it but so what ? Charging for each day as if it is a full day is poor. Why not charge for the number of hours you are in the car park instead.

The meet & greet VIP parking was OK when we got there however the direction instructions were not clear and the signage in particular from the main approach road were non-existent. There where no signs at all for M&G parking. I ended up in the short stay parking and had to follow someone from the airport to the M&G site, seems as though this is a main problem. Why is it called meet and greet as there was no one there to greet you it was all automated?

Very easy to use & not busy. Extremely close to the terminal. The only downside is that it is not signposted from the road & is difficult to find the way in.

No grit when we arrived on an icy morning. When we came back our car park area had no lights on. The one next to us was lit up. Very dark.

Extremely small spaces - lucky we were in a wee car but would have struggled in my own. £39.99 seems very expensive too for less than 12 hours parking

Absolutely appaling signage for Meet & Greet meant we ended up in the drop off point and ended up having to pay £5 to get out after being there < 1 min

Perfect place to park when departing from Liverpool, my only gripe is that for some reason the door to the fast track parking is always closed when we return, this means we have to exit the front of the building and walk around to the side, which is not fun when it's raining, why do you close the fast track door??

We have used the Long Stay car park many times without issue. It offers plentiful parking spaces very close to the Airport Terminal. However, on this occasion, we could not exit the car park, despite being well within our exit time. It took some time for the helpline to solve the problem (never found out the reason why) before the gates were lifted. Not great in torrential rain which soaked me as I discussed the problem with the operator. Hopefully, this is just a one-off problem.

Very convenient but very little signage to help find available slots. The number plate recognition didn't work on the way in. In the dark on return there are no signs to direct you to the exit until you've found it on your 4th circuit.
