“We went in the meet & greet but could we hell find it! Took us a while, not signed well at all like the other parking facilities! But once we found it, it was plane sailing from there and only a short walk to terminal.”
“inadequate signage on a dark wet night. .No trollies accessible for disabled passengers.
no means of identifying where car was parked for our return ... ie if area was marked A B C etc and parking bays numbered .... it would be much better .... and some trollynparks”
“No hassle booking it but finding a parking spot took time so allow time to find one before flight
Also the ext signs very confusing and send you back round on yourself - clear signs on floor with direction arrows to exit as multi signs together very confusing”
“Pre-booked 6 days in the multi-storey car park. Entry was automatic with ANPR. Exit didn't work so well, ANPR in effective, had to call using the button the exit post. Eventually answered and, after a delay, the barrier opened. Otherwise the car park was fine, spaces seem a reasonable width, though it helps if your car is small. I'd certainly use again for trips of up to 10 days, after that the taxi differential starts to narrow.”
“Within short walking distance of the terminal. Slightly small spaces. Hard to find a space, would be good to have signage directing you to a zone with free spaces as it took a while driving round to find a space.”
“Efficient parking , dropped keys off when we got there and we picked our keys up , car was ready when we got back.
I think "meet & greet" is pushing it a bit.
You park in a lane , throw your keys in a box.
When you get back you take your keys from a box and take your car there is no interaction.
Not a complaint but for folk expecting a personal service where someone takes your car and help you unload , it's not happening.”
“Good and bad regarding this airport parking, good is the multi story I used, efficient, convienient and located in an area without causing any fuss. Bad bits, firstly the service of twilight drop for jet 2, the car park is too far away, with all your bags, walking in potencial bad weather across the roads, is a nightmare, expecially when you only get 40 mins. Understand you can park closer but the cost wouldn't justify it. Secondley, plan you visit, as you can't afford, to get either in the wrong lane or lost, which does happen, if your not familiar with the layout. If you simply stop to ask someone directions, you get fined £100, plus a charge to go through a carpark you don't need to get out. For example bag drop for jet 2 is called 'Drop off 2' but also a carpark called 'drop off' make this mistake and it will cost you at least £5 to simply get out, as one way system. Stop to ask directions and it will cost you £100, Liverpool should be ashamed, for fine of this amount, for sometime a simple mistake. I understand this is to stop people stopping and waiting, but a private company is used who make commision from fines, so they don't care, maybe remind people you can't stop or ask if your okay, like other airports, instead of a instant fine, this will include disable drivers - BEWARE !!!!”
“Liverpool airport parking was really easy and straight forward. Number plate recognition was helpful. Our only issue was it was very busy so had to keep going into the overflow parking, it was also raining and we had to walk further. I appreciate the rain is not the fault of the airport it just made things a little more uncomfortable. I would use again though and would recomend it.”
“Good location but there was only 3 luggage trolleys in the car park 🤦♂️
Plus it definitely needs some more visible WAY OUT / EXIT signs for in the dark!!”
“The only reason that my review was not 5 stars is because upon trying to exit the car park at 01:30am, it became apparent that the operative who entered my reg number into the ANPR system did so incorrectly, by putting a zero instead of a letter O, (which wouldn't even make a legal number plate), This meant that my number plate wasn't recognised on entering the car park so the barrier didn't open, (much to the displeasure of the very impatient car behind me!), so I just pressed for a ticket and the barrier lifted, we parked up and went on our holiday.
Upon collecting our car and reaching the exit barrier, the barrier did not lift and it requested that I pay £90, even though I had pre-booked and paid in full online. It was 01:30am, so I pressed the help button and the gentleman on the other end was incredibly friendly and helpful, recognising the mistake that had been made with the ANPR input, and acknowledging that I had paid in full, he duly raised the barrier and we were on our way.
The car park itself and its proximity to the terminal were great, the data input people just need to double check what they have entered to make sure it's correct and the system works smoothly when customers arrive (and leave), and therefore doesn't cause any unnecessary angst.”
