“Online booking was straightforward, and the ANPR system worked effectively at entry and exit. Short walk to the terminal. Finding a space was a slow process, but that's entirely down to the popularity of the location.”
“Good apart from the barrier doesn’t always open. Always prebook. On 5th March returned from Spain late evening and the barrier didn’t open so had to phone your office. Ok but stressing as was tired due to flying.”
“The parking at Liverpool John Lennon airport was, easy to book, reasonably priced, easy to find. It was a 3 minute walk from the main terminal building and was easy to get out of although my battery was flat and when I finally got to the barrier it said I owed £110, but this was soon resolved.
Overall it was very good.”
“Please please please can the Meet and greet go on the main signs for the airport.
I struggled to find it as it’s not sign posted- and it’s all one way so if you go into the front of the airport- then you have to pay to go into the short stay and then come out again!”

Has half term, but seriously over sold. People abandoning their cars in Disabled Bays.”
“Very conveniently close to terminal and check in. However, I arrived back at 22.00 hours and dragged my luggage to the exit to the Fast Track car park to find the access closed. I then had to walk back deep into the terminal to find an open exit then walk around the exterior of the building in the rain to retrieve my car. Annoying!!!”
“Easy to book and to use the amendment link in the confirmation email. Number plate recognition worked fine entry and exit. Parking space was a little bit narrow. Wife and kids had to jump out before I reversed in as it was going to be a struggle. Apart from that all good.”
