“we came on site needing a disabled location all were taken some witout disabled licence very frustrating and all other spaces were taken there were two other vehicles looking for spaces a guy came out from the office to try to sort after a wait some cars left and we were found space.”
“I found the booking procedure easy enough. Dropping my keys off and picking them up again was trouble free. One issue I did have was the postcode/directions to the car park I used. The post code on the website, when put into your SatNav takes you to the short stay (expensive) car park adjacent to the "drop off" point. When I questioned this when I finally arrived (£5 out of pocket) I was told that "there is only one postcode for the whole airport you should have looked out for the signs". I offered the advice that they should include this important piece of information on their website. That was met with a shrug of the shoulders and off he walked. Having said that I would use the service again.”
“I used the Meet and Greet Service for the first time. I couldn't find it. I didn't see the signage - currently a pale yellow banner with white script. I had to park in the multi storey car park and go and ask someone, first person hadn't heard there was one, second person told me where it was but I couldn't get there because of the one way system, third attempt I found someone who could give me a direction. Everything else about it was great!!”
“Very conveniently positioned. Long stay is reasonably priced. Short stay and pick up is absolutely shocking, such a rip off bearing in mind your baggage handlers barely function so pick ups are forced to stay longer than they should need to.”
“Perfect car park for us! 2 mins from the airport doors, we managed to find a space without a car to the side of us which helped to get the children out. I couldn’t tell that all the spaces were wider however like it said on the description. Easy to get to.”
“Positives - very easy to book and it's as short walk to the terminal. Negative - The singage is poor. You can drive round for 20 minutes looking for a space and there are very few signs enabling you to find the exit quickly,.”
“First time using Liverpool Airport Long Stay Parking. Booking was relatively easy, some confusion on what is an official site, cost for the week was very reasonable, much cheaper than a taxi. Upon arrival car park barrier read my licence plate with no issues, only real issue was it wasn't clear where I should park, ended up parking right at the back and was concerned I wasn't in the right place. Turned out OK though and will use again.”
“Booked meet and greet and, unbelievably, missed the huge signage for it, possibly because it looks like an advertising banner rather than official signage.”
“Good open air car park close to the terminal. Had pre-booked and barrier raised on arrival as expected. Bit tricky to find a space as had to drive around for a short while to find one and layout of car park was a little confusing.”
“Location is very convenient however the system is confusing. We followed the one way system to access visible empty spaces only to have to reverse all the way back with nowhere to turn as bollards had been put in place to close an area of the car park with no notices in situ”
“Used Jet2 for trip to Tenerife using the Meet & Greet parking service.
All aspects of the process, check in, security and boarding worked very well on both outbound and inbound procedures. I had a problem with my first use of the Meet and Greet at Liverpool.
I have used Meet and Greet at Manchester and found it very easy to use.”
“On arriving found the place to be very very full, managed to find a spot. The problem was on our return the ticket refused to opent the barrier i then noticed the ticket had one digit missing on the reg i then contacted a member of staff using the audio button who rectified the mishap and opened the barrier for us.”
