“Great able to come straight in off the motorway, or was early in the morning. Be aware though as the postcode given to us on the booking actually took us to the wrong entrance to our booked car park”
“Great helpful staff, straightforward booking in and return process. Could do with a covered route to the terminal. Needs prominent signposting to direct you onto Hale Road and into the airport road. When picked up I found the car was left in Reverse not Park although the handbrake was on (it doesnt like it and alarms would have identified such). Otherwise a good value service.”
“Ease of entry and exit fantastic. Pedestrian and exit routes could be a bit better signposted (especially at midnight !). Would benefit for a few sections of covered walkway between the park and the terminal particularly when dark and raining.”
“The fast track parking itself is a very good service and location is great but the postcode given is incorrect and takes you to the roundabout for the other car parks. I could not turn around and therefor was charged £5 to get out of the drop off car park. The sign to the fastrack parking is not clear as there is a bus underneath and therefore looks like you need a bus to the terminal.”
“If there are free of charge toilets provided around the big area car park, it would be perfect. You know somebody drove there live very far away. But there is a need to use this airport.”
“Meet & Greet service - January 2024 - all worked well apart from the initial signage. White lettering on yellow background at 5 AM in the rain was very hard to see / find / follow”
“Used the meet and service for the first time. this of itself was great but there is no sign to the meet and greet at the end of Western Avenue which was a time waster and when reurning there are no signs intheairport directing you to the meet and greet which is irritating
