“Long Stay carpark - all fine except exit barrier cameras weren't working at end of stay. We'd to call for assistance, which meant a bit of faffing and a couple of minutes delay. Wasn't just us, others were having issues too at same time.”
“4 stars as when we arrived in the middle of the night I took the incorrect lane and ended up in yhe drop off area - having to pay £5 to exit !!! Found the correct car park…eventually !!!”
“Easy to book, easy to use, well signed, usually no problem finding parking spaces, then just to spoil it we have the mandatory airport inflated prices for parking !”
“Absolutely no problem with the exception of signs to the long stay parking. We drive into the multi storey unaware this was a short stay. Given this the guy on the assistance button was excellent and let us out without any question, in fact he guided us to where we should have been - will use again”
“It's convenient for the terminal, barriers on entry and exit worked fine, even though we were 2 hours delayed returning to Liverpool..The only down side was we spent a while driving around looking for a space..”
“Quite difficult to get a parking space in the long stay, driving round for ages along with 30 other cars! That said, no probs once space found, car safe on return”
“Only issue was that when collecting my vehicle the car park voucher was not accepted by the machine so I had to find someone to assist. Other than that all was good and would use again.”
“I tried 'Meet & Greet' for the first time as there was an offer.
It was very simple to use but I think you should consider a different name, as we were nither met nor greeted at all. We didn't see a human being either on drop off or pick up.”
“Number plate recognition for gaining entrance and exit worked instantly. It would however be useful if you could electronically indicate where available spaces are. I had to drive around for minutes before I found a space. Very frustrating when you have a plane to catch.”
“Very efficient arrival and key drop. Easy to find and friendly, helpful staff. Collection of the car was equally efficient, The only issue is that the distance between the M&G building and terminal is not under cover and is too far in poor weather. We arrived back in a storm and had to face walking across the tarmac from the plane and this was compounded by the exposed distance to M&G.”
