“Unfortunately my car registration was not recognised. Initially advised to go to a different car park. When I had to ring to escape I was told that they had found me and that I could stay. I was advised to ring on my return to exit the car pRk. Staff were very helpful...the system had failed.”
“The whole process was super easy, booked and confirmed online then easy to change the car details when I changed my car. Access was a breeze and as the car parks are right next to the terminal it was really convenient. All in all a very satisfactory process.”
“Booking Meet and Greet is pretty straight forward. Finding it is another matter. it isn't particularly well signposted although there are some vinyl posters. You have to drive through a housing estate, skirting around the back of the airport parking. That said, once you are in the lanes and you leave your car, the process is pretty simple to leave your car and keys and walk a short disance to the airport terminal. Similarly, on return, it is an easy process to get your keys and find your car.”

“Major dissapointment, parked at 4:30 am in the dark, in a very poorly lit car park. Hardly any spaces around. I find one space with white lines and park within it, cam back from holiday and had received a fine for parking in a marked bay, but apparently as the bays lines are not as white as the other bays it is no longer in use. How on earth am I supposed to know this and why has no effort been made to remove all trace of these lines? You pay over £100 to park and then are hit with another £60-£100 fine. Awful and has put me off ever parking here again sadly.”
