“Excellent. So close to the Terminal and perfect entry and exit.
The only small issue we had was getting our disabled badge copied. We needed the original to use in Jersey. But now we know that facility isn't available any more we will come prepared.”
“The multi story car park is very good and handy for the terminal. The prices though do change and vary quite a lot depending on the time of the year that you travel. This really should remain the same!!”
“I booked last minute parking for 1 night overnight parking for . I accident booked it from 4pm rather than 4am. When I realised my error I tried to amend the booking but it was with 24hours of travelling so I couldn’t. I couldn’t cancel due to this either. I tried rebooking with the correct hours but also couldn’t do this due to the existing booking.
There was no one I could contact due to it being out of hours, and our flight was 7am so couldn’t speak to anyone before our flight either for the same reason.
This resulted in me having to pay and additional £90 when leaving the car park. Such a poor system!”
“We found it difficult to find the meet and greet carpark...there were no signs at the roundabout where other parking is signposted. The email that was sent to us with directions did not open correctly. Once we found the meet and greet everything worked perfectly and the member of staff on duty was very helpful. The carpark was convenient and close to the terminal. It was safe and secure.”
“It is the easiest airport to use, and the standard of assistance is top-level. It is a pity I made the mistake of parking in F. It is a very long walk to the check-in.”

“On arriving at the aitport there are NO directions for Meet and Greet, it cost us £5
after going into the wrong car park, then trying to work out how to get there.
Once we found it, everything worked fine, but please note this is an UNMANNED
site, just a computer!”
“Parking was a breeze on the outdoor car park. Security was quick and efficient. To be honest it’s the best airport I have flown from in the UK. Our holidays are based around where we can fly from out of Liverpool.”
“Fabulous easy to use system only a couple of hundred yards from mostly covered terminal. When we got back our car was waiting and nicely parked and easy for us to pick out unfortunately I had a flat battery ( my fault) however the guys quickly remedied this for us ( thank you so much guys 👍) and we were quickly on our way! This is the only parking I will ever use at Liverpool airport going forward. My wife and mother-in-law are holidaying soon and she is now confident in finding and using this great system!”
