“Unfortunately my car was damaged during our visit. I reported it that day, and was told cctv was inconclusive so I couldn’t find out who had caused the damage.”
“Well we didn't do very well to prepare for our parking at Liverpool airport - holiday stress I guess! However we can't fault the friendliness and flexibility of the car park staff who not only found us alternative parking to relieve our panic, but also helped us feel human and reduced our embarrassment at our error. Carl in particular was fantastic, although everyone we spoke to (in order to explain things at various car park entrances and exits) to explain things, was exactly the same its just we don't have their names! Really welcomed everyone's help and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future - albeit we'll be a bit more prepared by then. Thank you”
“Great service, from a recommendation I looked them up on line to find out more. My normal lift was not available for my break away. I have my car registered for the Mersey bridges so booked the long stay car park.
Found the car park, welcomed at the barrier and took a spec not far from the terminal.
Well signed pedestrian route.
On return, again well signed.
Exited no problem and was on my way home in minutes.
Will definitely consider using the airport parking again.”
“I dropped my wife off at the hotel car park park as she wasn't well. I tried to get out and was unsure of how to pay. I drove round and saw a fat bloke sitting in some sort of office. He was on the phone and I waited.....and waited. Eventually he just put his finger up. Obviously his phone call was so important. I found out how to get out and it cost me £18. What a rip off. I drove round to the smart stay which I had prebooked. They had no record of the booking until I produced the email confirmation. Pretty poor.”
“Apart from the signage not being the best to find the meet and greet as it was only visable from one direction. The process was really straight forward to dtop off and collect the car.”
