“Nice to see a big sign at meet & greet entrance. Signage into the car park area itself confusing especially the dark & alot of cars turning 1st right & having to reverse. Route to entrance needs clearer markings. Kiosk machines ok to operate if you’re used to the button pressing world. Member of staff was sitting in the back office when customers were clearly struggling. It wouldn’t hurt them to get up & help as I guess that’s what they’re there for. Key collection easy. Will definitely use again.”
“First time we have used this service at Liverpool we use it at Manchester all the time
Easy to find, friendly staff, have booked to use again in 2 weeks.
Only slight negative use that the cars where parked to close together for easy access on our return.”
“This is the 3rd time I have parked at Liverpool which has always been a good experience. However when we entered the carpark at 9am on 10th January 2025 there was snow on the ground and the parking lines were not clear. We parked at the end of a row. We came back from our holidays on 20th January to find a privacy notice dated 15th January on the windscreen. Today we have received a parking charge notice with an image of our vehicle being out of the parking parameters. Evidently the snow had melted after 5 days when the image of our vehicle was taken. The condition of the carpark on 10th January should have been taken into account before issuing the notice. The trollies were frozen together which we needed to use as we had 4 suitcases and my 86 year old parents with us.”
“Well signed to get into the car park and lots of spaces but found it a bit hard to find the exit as the signage on the tarmac was well worn and not very well signed but still well worth the money and very easy to use .”
“Very easy. Anpr read number plate and went straight in and found a car park space in the corner at ground level. Felt the car was safe and secure. Our flight was delayed 40 mins , again no problems exiting. Thought might have a issue being delayed.”
“Excellent - parked 10m from the door on the way in but unfortunately the same entrance was closed when we arrived back and had to walk around in the freezing cold.”
