“Very good experience overall. M&G could do with some clear signage of hat to do in the event of a problem - I had and went hunting sor somebody parking cars - who told me to go knock of the "secret" office door. Otherwise great”
“It's out first visit to John Lennon Airport after using Manchester prevously snd proved to be a very good choice.
Parking was so easy and only a short walk from the terminal.
Checking in and passport control was quick and easy.
We will certainly use John Lennon again with Jet2.”
“We spent 30 mins trying to get a parking space, eventually got one...but otherwise was a very handy placecto park our car and only cross the road to the airport... we will be using it again as very convenient.”
“It's not 5* because you have to engage with a screen and not a human being. When you arrive at an airport to park your car you have already been up at an ungodly hour, and for me driven on an unknown route with a baby, stress levels were quite high. The last thing I needed was to be made to enage with a screen rather than having a customer service person there to help and guide me. My daughter in law helped me. Jet2 would have someone to help you! Other than that it was all good.”
