“The parking was fine and a reasonable price, my only concern about the service is getting out of the car park - sounds very basic I know, - the Exit is a little confusingly sign posted and vague plus you don't go out where you came in, and when you do get to the exit there are more barriers and it looks like you are entering the multi-storey car park - this confused both myself and the car in front of me - they turned around and went back, I ploughed through but was unsure - once you know then it is easy/obvious for next time, so I hope this helps you on your way out!!”
“I have been using Liverpool Airport Parking for at least 10 years. Prices are very competitive. Leaving the car at the airport is the best idea I have ever had. It's safe, it's not overcrowded, it's straightforward. No gimmicks, no funny business. I don't think it can be improved much more. However, the thing that I have appreciated most, is that whenever you need to get in touch with someone from Liverpool Airport Parking, whether at the airport when there is an issue at the barrier, or on the phone for whatever reason, someone is there almost immediately. They are courteous, polite, and will solve your problems without complaining or making you wait whilst the inane music plays. Also they understand air travel is the business of delays, so they won't charge you for some time either side of your departure or return. This is very fair, as, I am sure, other less honest companies wouldn't bother. I go abroad most often for unpleasant family matters. I don't need the extra stress of wondering if the car will be all right, whether i am going to pay through the nose because my plane is late. I certainly do not want to start looking for people to take me to the airpot, or lose myself in the intricacie of poor public transport. Also, finding the car, there, waiting fo you straight off the plane, after an arduous journey, is like finding an old friend you knew was going to be there no matter what.
I would like to thank the staff at Liverpool Airport Parking for making my life so much easier than it would otherwise have been, and for being there, even when a mistake has been done by me. It reminds me of the service one gets from Amazon. Please continue along those lines. Don't become a corporate bully. To me, there is nothing to improve.”

“Easy access to terminal particularly as my wife is a blue badge holder. Would have been 5 stars but most of the disabled bays in the long stay car park are out of use due to nearby building work. There was no warning of this when the booking was made. Not good.”

Had a little query but there was somebody on hand to help and he was so friendly and more than helpful. Picking up our car was a breeze and took minutes.
