“Had a generally positive experience with Liverpool Airport Parking. The car parks are very close to the terminal—just a short walk, which is really convenient. However, when arriving in the dark, it wasn’t clear which car park matched our pre-booking, and the booking confirmation didn’t specify this either. We accidentally parked in the wrong car park as a result. That said, the staff were excellent and resolved the issue quickly, making sure we didn’t have to pay again. Great customer service overall, but clearer signage and booking details would make the process even smoother.”
“Left my car for 6 nights, a great easy service, only slight problem was finding the way out as we arrived back when dark and a little confusing to find the exit, maybe a few more signs needed?
Apart from that very easy and un-stressful.”
“The long stay car park is convenient and only a short walk to the terminal . As we had a toddler with us this was an important factor in choosing this car park.
The only slight hitch was on our return. The flight was delayed by about an hour and the barrier did not lift . We were able to ask for assistance via the intercom at the barrier and the problem was resolved fairly quickly”

“Good points - easy to get to, well sign posted and very close to the arrivals / departures. Secure, on site at the airport and access controlled.
Points for improvement - could do with some covered walkways and better exit signage.

“Pretty good, barrier lifted in and out no problem, plenty of space, you park up where you like and take your keys, 5/6 mins walk to terminal building. 1* lost because we felt lighting could probably be improved as quite dark on departure and return”
“Booked this in advance but system did not recognise my car. On exit called operator of car park and no hassle they simply checked for an error. Corrected it and on our way. CP is conveniently close to gate access and to be honest I think I’ll try and use LPJL all the time.”
“Great parking, within easy walking distance, and even though we went to the wrong gate, the people were helpful.
The only thing that needs to improve is the signage on the road, particularly for the smart park where we were, it is too small and this led to us going into the wrong gate.”
“Because of ourflight times we arrived at and departed from the meet and greet when there wss no-one around in the dark.Although it was straightforward on each occasion I was notclear what I would have done if there was a problem. The label for attaching to my keys was okay but a little too big to be comfortable that the keys could be operated without the label being damzged.”
“A little walk to the arrival hall. Carrying golf bag was a bit of a struggle. The price of parking is expensive but still very busy. A bit more expensive than getting a taxi to and from airport / home. You will pay more for being closer. First time parking at LJL. Will definitely think again next time.”

Online booking system easy and is advisable. Advisable too to take note before booking which carpark you are booking into. I went to multi-storey but should have gone to Smart Park. Pressed for help at barrier and staff member very helpful, put me at ease and gave m instructions what to do next and also directions to get to Smart Park which is not far away, although may prove a little too far/difficult for those with restricted mobilty/poor mobility.
Overall a good experience.”
