“Having flown from Liverpool airport many times and used the pre booked long term parking with no problems I decided to try on this occasion the meet & greet option for the first time. Not very impressed - not met and no greeting - not helpful for a first time user - and no indication of where the car would be on return.”
“There is not enough clear signage to exit the car park efficiently. It is also criminal the prices you charge for the parking. I feel totally ripped off at every opportunity the airport has to rob every penny you can from the moment a passenger arrives within your reach to the moment they leave. You are vultures in a world where competition can not exist. I have been robbed at gun point in the USA, pickpocketed in Spain, but never felt so held to ransom more than when I book a flight.”
“Very Convenient, close to departures, had slight issues with access/ exit barrier which were sorted out quickly. It would have been 5 stars otherwise. Great service inasmuch staff sealed my car passenger window which had been left open to avoid damge by the elements. Very much appreciated.”
“Exit was a problem as barrier did not raise & couldn't seem to get through on intercom, hence had to pay extra to ensure exit. Illness since retrurning has meant I've not followed through but will do so later today, once I have the relevant info. Otherwise the entry, parking etc was as previous experienced, very good. Just this hiccup.”
“Easy to locate parking within the airport. Spaces available within easy walk of airport.
We paid for fast track security, but our bar code would not scan at security, so that was £12 paid unnecessarily.”
“All good really. Online booking straight forward. Barriers recognised my number plate ok (Entry & Exit). Quite packed but got a space OK. A bit expensive though.”
“Easy to book your car in but , unfortunately we paid for meet and greet, and when we got there there was no a soul to meet you , so why is it ( meet and greet) disappointing”
“Parking was pretty easy to find and the barriers recognised my plate and opened quickly, so that was a bonus.
The multi storey car park is straight over from the airport, so no long walks between terminals.”
“We parked in long stay, even though we only had a short break. This was due to walking difficulties. It was very easy to access, but very busy too. We did manage to find a parking space but unfortunately couldn’t park in a blue badge parking slot (that would of been ideal and needed) as we needed to take our blue badge on holiday with us. For future reference is there any way around this ? We didn’t want to risk parking in a disabled space and not leaving our pass on shoe (due to needing it while we were away). Other than that it was a very easy carpark to use and great it is right outside the terminal building.”
“We used meet & great, although the weather was good I feel if it had been raining we would not have had a nice walk to the terminal. It would be nice to have some sort of cover from the key drop off to the terminal.”
“Parking was really convenient, in easy walking distance from the terminal.
Only issue was the poor signage, which led to a lap of the long stay carpark, which was frustrating.”
“The service was pretty good, really simple process and staff were friendly. Upon returning though, it said my car was parked in row A however it was actually parked in row C.”

However my feeling is that is very expensive. Not difficult to find a space but the cost didn't justify the product.”
