“Great parking communication and easy to book. Sometimes can be a little difficult finding a space. Last year I booked the same parking through holiday extras and made a mistake on the amount of days and it was horrendous trying to sort it to change (didn't suceed) Found Liverpool airport very helpful with advice re this error. I will always book through the airport from now on, I think the price is the same.”
“My flight was delayed by 24hrs and I couldn’t find any way of informing the airport parking company. There is no indication on the website of how to manage this situation. When I tried to exit the fast track car park I was told to reverse back from the exit barrier, park and then go back into the arrivals area to put my ticket into the parking machine and pay an additional £35 for an extra 21 hours parking!! Originally I only paid £172 for 14 days ie. £12 per day!! It appears like profiteering to me!!”
“Very easy to get too and parked up, parked in multi story, managed to get a good spot on ground floor. No issues at gates pre- booked, number plate recognition worked fine.”
“The parking isn't bad but the price for long stay is very off-putting if I had any other choice I would not decide to keep my car long stay parking- price for my car staying on the carpark was higher then two- way ticket to my destination...”
“Very good long stay car park which is nice and close to airport but needs to be better lit ( solar lights ) and a sheltered walkway on pedestrian paths would make it much more pleasant during cold wet months . Thanks”
“Everything worked OK, all the barriers were working on our visit and the automatic number plate recognition worked seamlessly. We used the disabled spaces, which are close to the terminal entrance.”
“Easy to use. Staff really helpful. Directions from main road although improved from the first time we used it still need to be improved. Bit expensive”
“Overall pretty happy. Expensive however. Couple of little niggles - automatic barrier didn't work on the way in despite pre-booking but fallback intercom system did work. The barrier did work automatically on the way out. Signposting could be clearer - we had to go pretty far in to find a space, to the extent we weren't sure if we were still in long stay and the signage wasn't helpful. Instead of being signed as "C" - "D" - "E" etc. maybe consider "Long Stay C" etc.”
“Parking was straightforward and there was space in the disabled section . Departure as usual was not straightforward- we always have to use the phone by the barrier as out parking ticket invariably doesn't open the barrier.”
“We used Meet and Greet for the first time and after the hiccup of finding it were very pleased with the set up and location. Poor signage and lack of directions on information received meant that we ended up on the wrong carpark, but fortunately didn’t have to pay £5 to get off after using the intercom to explain and get directions.”
