“Because the fast track sign has a coach on it but no car I drove up to the fast drop off point which I got charged £5 just to get off.
It would be easier if the fast track parking sign had a car on it as well as a coach”
“Having arrived at 3am on 13/9/22 we were 3 ladies totally shattered and disoriented when we were greeted by Kevin who came to our rescue..he was most helpful and parked my car…meet and greet recommended.”
“After booking a 4 day stay at the on site long stay car park. We arrived at the barrier, took as ticket and parked up. I was aware in the passed that tickets for pre-booked places usually came out the machine on arrival. This did not happen.! Concerned we would have a problem on our return. I contacted the parking company from the machine inside the terminal. They were polite and helpful. They confirmed my reservation was ok, I was in the correct car park, and a ticket should have been issued automatically. Nevertheless, the chap said to have a good holiday and on my return, pull up to the barrier, buzz the office quote the reference number, and the chap would allow exit. That is precisely what happened, no hassle and no dilemma. Thanks guys.”

“Day light robbery,£4 for 10 minute drop off. I found it outrageous that they are allowed to get away with this.
Once you start to turn left there is no turning round you are forced to carry on into the car park. I was in there for 5 minutes at the most but could not exit until I had paid £4.
How on earth can this exorbitant charge be justified.
To say there is a free car park 2 minutes walk away is ridiculous I don't know who timed themselves but I do know they did not have a child and luggage in tow.
I have no problems with paying for parking my car but I do object to being ripped off by these companies who take advantage of the ordinary person just because they can.”
“Liverpool airport staff are extremely good, but I am not happy with the service at the food outlets ( the few that are open) all except Starbucks required you to order by phone which I find annoying ( I own a number of retail outlets and believe customer service is important) you can’t see a menu until you sit down and scan the code. We left 2 of the 3 outlets without ordering and went to the excellent Starbucks ( they could do with salt and pepper packets for hot food)”
“We flew from here on Fri 13th August and it was our 1st time. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It was a nightmare making sure I had all the right paperwork and test results and I was so nervous. Everyone I came into contact with was great .I hope the same will be true when I fly out again on the 8th September because if it is I`ll be back with another good review. These people have to deal with the good the bad and the downright aweful. We have to try ,as passengers, to put ourselves in their shoes and realise all the stuff they`ve probably had to put up with over the past couple of years. 🤷♀️ I`m just saying......”

“That score was on passed experience, however this time 12.4.2020 all are travel was cancelled due to the Corona virus ,i email tried to make conract by phone ,phone number was not connecting and email bounced back .All i wanted to do was rearrange my booking .”
“The only problem that I encountered was the signs fof the exit were not clear. Road markings need repainting and signs erecting for the exit. Apart from that, excellent.”
