“Generally good satisfaction using the long stay. Could do with covered walkway due to distance from car to departure terminal. Signage could be a little clearer in accessing the disabled bit of the car park.”

“Secure parking. Entry & exit systems worked well. Could do with more signage to direct you to the exit. We drove round for a while looking for the way out & came across the same car several times who seemed to be doing the same!”

Better signage for leaving the airport would be useful - there is a barrier right by the exit of the car park, but you need to go the other way to a more distant barrier to exit.”
“Easy to use. The post code/what 3 words, on the confirmation email however, tries to take you to the Meet and Greet parking, not the Long Term Parking (which is what I booked).”
“The meet and greet car park is an excellent facility, works well and contributes to a quick transition through the airport. Some improvements could be made with to the visual procedural instruction notice at the barrier on arrival. With the visual prosedural instruction notice at the check in screen and key drop off box. It would also be useful to have a notice indicating that some one is available in the office if help is required. Clear directions to the air port departure area would be helpful.
My comments are not a criticism but purely suggested improvements.”

“Long stay was easy to find and park up with decent sized spaces, BUT lacks obvious Exit signs - struggled to find the way out and I’m used to airport long stays, most signs appear ground level, need to be higher / more obvious !.”
“I have used this airport parking facility several times now. I have to say what a hassle free parking facility, drive up to gate, enter, park, go on your holidays and get back to your car, drive up to the barrier and head home.....what more could you ask for...”
