“Whilst the actual parking experience was fine the signage to the car park was poor which resulted in delay in getting there. My son experienced the same difficulty.”
“Trouble free arrival, parked easily and left my car. When I returned, the barrier wouldn't open and asked for £85 despite me pre paying. Easily sorted though, the Camera had misread my reg plate on arrival (weather was awful), so this was quickly resolved by the guy who answered the help button”
“Entry and exit to and from the multi storey car park was uneventual. however the parking slots were very narrow and another driver scraped my car and did not leave his details. I chose this car park because of its vicinity to the airport in case of bad weather. We flew with EasyJet and on return had to wait a long time before our luggage was delivered onto the console apparently because of EasyJet's habit of loading luggage onto the plane before delivering luggage from the plane to the console. This is a very poor customer practice.”
“Using the car park was straight forward. There was an initial problem with access through the barrier but this was quickly resolved.
Finding a space was difficult, taking around 10 minutes to locate a parking space.
Access to the airport was relatively easy although had I realised the layout I would probably have chosen a different car park area.
Car was still there and intact when we returned after our trip.”
“Excellent entry and exit procedure but very poor signposting of the exit from within the car park. I think it took me as long to find my way out as it took me to walk from the terminal to my car!”
“Very close to terminal, reasonably priced considering that. Instructions tell you that you don’t need to take a ticket to enter but both myself and my daughter (2 weeks before me) both had to. Don’t need to validate or present ticket to exit 🤷♂️”
“Getting in and out after prepay is simplicity in itself, just a short walk from the terminal. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the price, quite expensive but would use again purely for the convenience”
