“Easy entry and exit with registration recognition. Only criticism is the spaces are quite tight both width wise and length especially with an estate vehicle. Will use again though when flying from Liverpool”
“Easy access to spaces and to the airport, safe and had no issues when returning to the car. Could do with better signage for exit as had to do a second lap when leaving, especially with being dark as I arrived after midnight.”

Reasonable price and well signposted coming from the main roads.
Leaving the car park at night was an issue signage not good enough especially when the car park was full.”
“Booking and entry were really straightforward. Technology at the exit was great too. Actually finding the exit at 2o’clock in the morning was more tricky. Clearly marked pathway to the exit from all parts of the car park are needed.”
“It's very convenient for the terminal and is a good price but it's packed. It took me quite a while to find a space and it was just as well I had plenty of time before my flight. It's rather higgledy-piggledy and you just need to keep driving around till you find somewhere. I also did not realise that if you prebook you don't press for a ticket - I had done this before I saw the notice and ended up having to get assistance to get out on my return without paying the daily rate on top of my pre-booking. All handled quickly and no problem but rather inconvenient if you were in a hurry”
“Could do with a few more sign posts for directions to the terminal from when you leave your car I found it difficult with a case when we had to park at the far side of the car park.”
“Once we arrived at the Meet and Greet facility it was a fabulous service.
However we went by the postcode for the sat nav and it took us to the wrong area. Also as the facility is new the airport signage doesn’t include meet and greet parking. This meant we saw only one sign and it was right on the turning.
Whilst I would definitely recommend the Meet and Greet service and would use it again it was a little stressful trying to locate it as we arrived at the airport.”

Only criticism is the size of the parking spaces in the multi story car park.
Had to give up on first space I tried, as I would have been within the lines but the Porsche next to me would never have got in his vehicle . Spaces need realigning in line with size of todays vehicles.”
“It is made of tarmac with white lines, so an excellent example of the genre. Always appear to be spaces available and very close to the main terminal. Price is the only downside, but even that isn't as ludicrous as some. Barriers and ANPR all work properly.Seems secure, but no obvious signs of patrolling or other active security measures. Overall, though, not bad.”
“parked in meet and greet, missed the sign for the parking, spoke to man who gave me directions how to get to meet and greet, once on the main road found the sign of where to go, I can only suggest that you make the display bigger and in a better place to be seen, after arriving at car park everything was good only that little hiccup.”
