“It’s confusing which car park you have booked. You should make it clear where to go on the “map” that u email through. Use a cross.
Put some signs up that point to the car park.
Fix the website so that when u want to extend the time you can do so. Rather than presently where it just goes in a pointless, stressful and annoying loop.”
“Very easy to find, from car park straight into the airport, and on return car park was easily marked were car was parked no damage and cost was very reasonable, will use this again.”
“TBH , it worked out ok , but it didnt feel like meet and greet as i never saw anybody from the parking team , it was all self service and my resposibility to make sure the keys were labelled correctly and put in the key box - which in my opinon should have a bigger sign to say deposit key here , i was not only one
looking for where the key went.”
“The smart parking was so convenient, number plate recognition so no waiting around. Signage makes it easy to find your car when you return. Only 5 minutes from the terminal front door! Is it easier to drive to Liverpool (from Rochdale) and park than anything available at Manchester airport (even though it’s much further away from me)”
“If you are old and have walking difficulties , no disabled parking spaces no closer to walk to terminal than purple parking other side of airport and half the price”
