“Parking was close to the airport and easy to find a space, however on our return journey in the dark it was difficult to locate the car park exit, could do with better signage.”
“Great, close to airport terminal. Max 10 mins walk. Easy to use, reasonable prices.
You do have to go right round the roundabout and almost exit the airport for the car park entrance, I missed it and nearly ended up in staff car park !”
“Long stay parking was great even though it was very busy we did find a space
When we rang the intercom to give our reference number the advisor was helpful and polite”
“Really handy...short walk to the terminal.
Massive...loads of spaces.
Only negative is the amount of lazy, entitled idiots who park in the space designated for pedestrians to walk along.
Should be fines imposed or invest in some preventative barriers”
“Absolutely Superb. Easy to find. Literally a minute from the Airport. Staff brilliant. Great price. Would definitely recommend PARK SMART. Will definitely be using it again.”
“Easy to find, simple to drive in and had no difficulty finding a space. Very close to airport within walking distance an clearly marked and lit up pathway..
Very good”
“The parking is a short walk from the airport .
I would suggest as you need to walk mostly on the pavement to the airport a cover like they have over smoking sheds would come in handy as the weather is very unpredictable and when it’s raining you are wet when you get to the airport as you are not allowed to drop off on the roundabout”
“Liverpool airport was a breath of fresh air. It was our first time there as we usually fly from Manchester. The meet and greet parking was super efficient and couldn’t have been easier to navigate. I will certainly be using it again on our next trip.”
“The service itself was very good when you actually find it!! It’s not clearly signposted and can easily be missed. The directions on the email take you outside the multi story car park (that you haven’t booked) and ends up costing you a lot more than you bargained for just to drive out!!”
“It's the First time I'd used the Park Smart Car Park & I was impressed how easy and convenient it was, so it definitely won't be the last time. We arrived back a bit later than expected due to the Flight, & still had no issues getting out, Brilliant.👍”
“Easy to book. Instructions were misleading on email as to the directions to the car park but customer service assistants were very helpful and redirected us.”
