“Everything worked very smoothly so I would use Smartpark again. My one criticism is the drivers who think it's appropriate to park on the marked pedestrian walk ways. This forces pedestrians into the road. Perhaps you should issue penalty notices to these drivers?”
“I pre booked a space in the multi storey car park. On entering on 17/5/25 I was issued with a ticket. I thought it was number plate recognition if you pre booked. On leaving the car park 21/5/25 the ticket was not recognised and the barrier remained down. The screen said I owed £232. At this point cars were starting to queue up behind me. I pressed for assistance and eventually this was answered. I had a booking reference which I gave to the attendant who after checking it raised the barrier.”
“great car park, very close to the terminal and price included fast track security. the only downside is the directions given in the email confirmation which are not accurate. ended up in the short stay car park and had to pay £6 for the privelige to get out. other drivers for the same car park ended up in the entrance to another car park and had to reverse out against oncoming traffic.”
“Good signage easy access and plenty of parking spaces. We used the long stay and there was an overspill parking area all within less than 500 metres from the departure area.”
“Fast Track parking was easy to locate and use. Located next to the terminal, guaranteed parking space, saves driving round looking for a space, you pay extra, well worth it. We will definitely use it again next time we fly.
The fast track security passes included in the Fast Track parking charge helped us bypass the enormous queue on the day we travelled.”
“I used the long stay car park. It worked perfectly. The barrier lifted on entry. It was easy to find a space . On return the same again the barrier lifted on exit . I could recommend and will be using it again .”
