“Arrived at 6.15am and not many spaces available, parked at far end of the site (under the bridge) having spent 15 minutes looking for a space
Having used the multi storey previously I would recommend that option for a higher price to save frustration and anxiety before joining the queues at security”
“Booked the Meet & Greet parking. It was easy to find using GPS and the map that came via email.
Stopped the car in the covered area, checked my details and when the barrier lifted drove and parked in the allotted lane. We exited the car with our luggage and went to the signposted office to drop the keys. Followed the instructions on the screen, put a tag on the key and placed it in the deposit bin. You get a very important receipt with a bar code on it for when we returned (took a photo of it for just in case) and then we had about 300ft walk to the airport terminal wheeling our luggage (trolleys were available), it’s ok on dry days but you can have the same weather problems with other car parks.
Return, we walked to the office. Used a different screen and took my key from the indicated draw.
The car was in a close by car park in a marked row so was easy to find.
It all went well with no problems so I would rate it very good.”
“Pre booked online for a 2 week stay. As I pulled into to the car park I spoke to the operator and asked if I was in the right car park as the barrier didn’t automatically let me in. He assured me I was and lifted the barrier to which I parked up for a 2 week duration. Upon my arrival after my holiday I approached the barrier once again and the barrier again did not open to let me exit. I then spoke to the operator yet again to ask why I couldn’t exit to which I was told I had parked in the wrong car park and would have to pay a fee of £300.00 to which, I declined and said I had been assured I was in the right car park when I arrived 2 weeks prior. She then proceeded to do some checks and told me it wouldn’t be £300.00 to exit but it would be £30.00. Absolutely disgusting service and I would like an explanation and a full refund. “We used the multi story and it was perfectly adaquate, thank you. The bays seemed a bit tight but then again everyone else's car was 8ft wide! Will look to fly from Liverpool again as a lot less stressful than Manchester.”
“Arranging the parking and the parking was easy. However. I, being so tired earlymorning parked in the incorrect area. This was sorted on departure with no fuss or hassle. Therefore, I was very pleased abd definitely use the facility again. Thank you”
“Very easy to use, when worried as our flight was delayed speaking to someone on the phone was very helpful and their advice was accurate. The additional charge was reasonable and both the arrival and exist was fast.”
