“Fantastic service with no messing. Literally booked on line. Turned up and barrier straight open with number plate recognition. 5 minutes to terminal and the swift exit of holiday return. Would definitely recommend.”
“Easy to find the carpark, challenging to find an actual space in the carpark - they are there however you can spend some time driving round looking for them. Not a great pedestrian route from the carpark to the terminal, however this is only temporary whilst buidling work carried out. Easy to use - would recommend”
“Difficulty finding the meet and greet early in the morning. Booked it because it discribed as drop off out side the airport, ideal for my disabled wife, it is actually further than the multi storey. Needed assistance to check vehicle in, no meet and greet as described, my wife e eventually heard talk coming from. A outside window. I had to knock on the window and I guy came out he was very rude and not keen to help. Got the impression he did not want to help but keep away in the office. Whole experience was very bad, would never use again and unlike Manchesterq, there is no one to meet you, you have to disturb a rude man hiding in a office with no signs he is there. I am not sure he understands the meaning of a customer and that he should be available to do his job "meet and greet" very poor service a disgrace.”
“It would have been 5 stars but for the fact there was not a meet and greet car park sign until you were on top of it. I was following the car park signs but they only related to long stay or short stay ( which cost me £5 to get out of !!! )”
“I decided to go with Liverpool Meet & Greet.
I arrived at the airport at 4am. When I approached the entry to the airport there was no signage for Meet & Greet so I was forced to drive through the drop off zone. I went into the airport building to ask Information who couldn’t help. I finished up having to use Multi storey as started to panic having double checked the main signage. I then found the Meet & Greet area and spoke to Adam who was very understanding. The signs which I purposely looked out for on the way home are very poor and look like they were put up last week whilst this facility has been in existence for over 2 years. The main signage should direct drivers back away from the main airport roundabout and should be on both sides of the main road into the airport not something thrown around a fence!!!!”
“I notice that the car park is smaller than it used to be. But I still found a spot quite easily. I do think it’s now a bit expensive. It’s dearer than a taxi from Chorley but ya I will use again thanks”
“Quick easy and safe parking just drove in no ticket required parked our car 2 minute walk to airport returned after holidays picked our car up and drove out simple as that very easy to book online”
“Tight spaces and complete lack of useful exit signs on the road surface and lit signs. Took me 10 mins at night driving round in circles looking for the exit!
Apart from that great being so close to the terminal.”
“Really poor signage led to me entering the normal car park with no people in attendance I had to pay £5 for 5 minutes in the car park before falling accidentally on the actual car park.”
“Easy to find, everything is colour coded when you arrive at the airport so you can’t go wrong about which way to go. We found plenty of spaces, even with our blue badge spaces”
“Pretty straightforward parking process although could do with better signage on T-Junction as it doesn’t show to turn left for meet & greet. When using screen to book in it asks you to scan your barcode but there isn’t one on the booking.”
“It was easy to book car parking in the long term car park at Liverpool airport. The staff were very helpful and when our flight was cancelled it was easy to amend the booking.”
“Long stay car park is easy to arrange online. It was pretty full but we managed to find a space. The barrier is number plate recognition so no need for paperwork or ticket etc. The price is pretty hefty in my opinion but everything is expensive these days!”
“Said in advance when booking that I needed a disabled space but none available to book, or on the day. Construction site positioned over many disabled spaces. Only space was on far boundary of car park, leaving me with a 10 minute walk.
On leaving, the machine said I had an outstanding charge of £15. Not true. I paid for the entire period in advance. Assistant just repeated that I owed £15.
I gave my car reg and the timings I had already paid for, and was allowed to leave. It looked like a final attempt to grab more money for a car parking experience that, at £50-odd, was already appalling value for such a substandard and dishonest 'service'.
Not expecting any response at all, let alone an adequate one.”
