“Parking area was fine.
Picking up was also good.
Good that it's right next to the airport.
Only minus I found, was hard to find.
Not well enough signposted.
Only after I had asked someone for directions, that I saw your large banner signage.
Also, you inform to go to the tunnel for car recognition.
Now, I don't know about you, but to me a tunnel is either underground, or a large canceled area.
I didn't expect to see a mini poly tunnel which is smaller than I have at home.
I was tempted to plant tomatoes π in yours. π
However, it is an excellent car park, and, I will use it next time.
Kind regards.
W V Roberts
Ps.
Please inform as to when I can collect my tomatoes π π”
“Used the meet and great. Excellent experience. Very helpful gentleman was on hand to assist us with checking in and tagging car keys. Collecting car very easy and car was parked 30 second walk from car park office.”
“Always use this facility when flying from Liverpool .it's literally 5 mins from departure lounge. Staff are always on hand to help if needed regardless of time . Carpark is always clean no litter and it's a reasonable price .”
“The booking process was very easy, the checking in and picking up our car on our return was very slick, site location was ideal, extremely short walk to the terminal.
All in all a very pleasant experience”
“I pre booked my parking, however on arrival the barrier did not open for me. I pressed the intercom key and no one responded. A ticket was printed out and the barrier was raised for entry. On return again the barrier did not open, I again pressed the intercom key and after a while I spoke to an attendant and after my booking was found the barrier was lifted to allow exit.
Travelling with my disabled wife this was very stressful for her.
I add that I could not find a disabled bay when I arrived which caused problems getting my wife out of the car and into her wheelchair.
All considered it was a very frustrating start and end to a trip.”
“I was more than happy to pay to park at Liverpool however on my return I had a ticket Iβve yet to find out what I did wrong I parked in a space next to a car with a car in front of me unaware of any reason not to park there β¦. Until the ticket”
“I booked Meet and Greet to arrive 0330 hours and failed to find the car park in the dark. Ended up driving through short stay car park twice (for which I was charged), having a panic attack. I am a 60+ lady travelling solo and thought I was quite capable but this completely threw me. My SATNAV took me through a residential area 20mph with speed humps and stopped in "no man's land". Had I arrived in daylight it may have been difficult. I saw no signs for M&G. Personally I will NEVER book M&G again - Long Stay would have been easier and to be honest no further to walk (in part of the car park closer) - depending on where you manage to get a space. Also when I came home I couldn't even find the M&G in the daylight (no signs when you come out of airport for M&G) and because of my nightmare experience (in the dark) when I arrived I was completely disorientated.”
“I checked all parking options, other than multi storey car park this was the closest to the terminal with a very short walk, it was also the Cheapest, no problems getting in and out, because my plane was delayed I was 30 minutes past my time but incurred no extra charge, will use again, certainly AWC”
“Car park is very close the the airport if you can park close otherwise itβs a long long walk. No bus service. I was with a disabled person and there were no spaces. They have reduced disabled parking to put a private car park there. Which is annoying. We use the car park several times a year. On saying that itβs far better then the Manchester parking.”
