“A very good facility, I would have given more stars if we didn't have trouble getting out ,only 1 sign.
But now we know we will definitely use again.

“Tried the fast track parking. Ok but a few ammends to the building would be useful, namely the entrance ramp...seems to be the opposite way round as if you normally use it. Put some steps on the near side to speed up the experience. Gonna use the regular car park to reduce faff time”
“Option to alter date and time of booking simply did not work, resulting in unnecessary charge to cancel and re-book.
There was not a lot of available space in the long-stay, at I time and date I did not expect to be busy”
“There should be greater delineation of the multi storey and short stay/ drop off car park entrance lanes. (More difficult in the dark) This would avoid those who find themselves in the wrong lane having to pay £5 simply to drive through.”
“Terrible signage and directions, the postcode does not work on Apple maps. Would be great if people could put the drivers seat back to it's original position once the vehicle has been parked up.”
“On this occasion, a worrying extended wait in a queue to enter... as though the sole scanner (yes, no entry for the other) failed to identify reg plates because cars were bunched up. Also, your pricing blurb always mentions "From" - winter or summer, I've never been offered anywhere near the minimum figure.”
“Everything going well until I couldn't get into the driver side of my car due to the car next to mine parked inches away. Had to climb over passenger seat to get in. Very inconsiderate parking by staff.”
“Parking spaces too narrow - had to reverse out of one space as couldn't get out of door.
The last pick-up time is 2315 which forces late arrivals to book extra day - I had to do this but in fact drove out before midnight!”
“I was not impressed with the signage plus other airport I’ve used have a meet and greet, which I thought this would have been.
And having to walk around to find your car was not a good thing when it’s raining as well.
It’s all ok once you have used the system.”
“The parking was easy to find and there were plenty of spaces towards the rear of the long stay car park.
Navigation to the exit is a little more tricky as the signage is a bit sparse.
Also, once you have made a booking there is no way to extend it once you are parked, we had our return flight canceled so would have been good to be able to tag on an extra day or 2. As it happened we had to pay an extra £15 for the overstay.”
“Nothing wrong with the layout / organisation of this long stay park, I just don't feel that for £40 to park a car for one day is what I would describe as value for money. There's nothing wrong with making a profit but this is overpriced fair and simple. That's my opinion, other people may think otherwise.”
