Servive itself was good with no issues, just need an improvement on the signage.

“We parked in the long stay. Very conveniently located for the airport. However after failing to find a space in the first half of the car park, we had to go through an underpass to find spaces on the second half. The pavement access was terrible for wheeling suitcases of trolleys - bumps, kerbs, plastic bollards blocking the pavement etc. Also, whilst looking for spaces, a few avenues just came to a dead end that required a three point turn to escape.
Price was good and was fixed - hadn't risen when we went back to book a few weeks later”
“The location is absolutely wonderful, just beside the terminal.
The spaces are a little small. The signage is very poor. We went to the wrong car park first off and trying to find the exit tired after an early flight took quite a tour of the area.
Worst of all, someone scuffed my car. Looks like with a suitscase.”
“I used the disabled carpark recently my Wife having a blue card I was fortunate to find one available space right by the entrance. I presume this is due to the large area take over by construction material I think a better place could be found for The contractor”
“Not really Meet and Greet - we were neither met nor gret. Service is quick and handy though, but felt like a long walk to the Terminal. On return, signage was rather poor and our car was nowhere near where indicated by your schematic.”
“Parking itself was fine but finding it wasn’t easy in the middle of the night. The sign is the wrong colour to easily find the way and we were charged £15 in the express car park and long stay car park as a result of this. Improved signage would be helpful.”

It needs to have clearer signs.
Also needs better EXIT signs for leaving the car park in the dark.
We have previously parked at in the SMART car park at Liverpool Airport and will do again in the future.”
“Website easy to use, parking easy to access. However, fasttrack was not a dedicated line per se and thus we had to join those waiting at the xray end. Since this is a paid service then it should be a separte machine as at other airports.
Overall the parking was very expensive.”

You need to follow signs for ‘Speedy Parking’
