“Vehicle number recognition worked but doesn't always! Parking area recently resurfaced which was great especially using wheeled suitcases. Entrance to the Terminal was at the end of the building so walked straight in, unfortunately the doors were locked when we arrived back at 2am in the morning.”
“Trouble free, easy to use website. Used your car parks for the last 15 years. So far never more than 5 -6 mins for departures. Very helpful and prompt attention when arriving back late in Lpl (3 days) after my wife had been ill in Spain. Better signage for where to find empty spaces would be a help!”

“I use the multi story car park. It is a very short walk across the road to the terminal, making it very simple for both arriving and leaving.
I would have given the system 5 stars but for the fact that the exit barrier did not automatically rise when it was time to leave, and the fact that someone had scraped their car bumper down the side of my car as they had pulled out of the parking bay. The bays are tight so be careful!”

Main problem was lack of suitcase trolleys in car park (section J) when we first arrived. Had to struggle with 4 cases, and no trolley, all the way from this far corner of the car park to departure hall.
Then, no conveniently close trolley park to leave the trolley (and get my £1 back) which we'd picked up by main airport building at the end of our stay.”
“I used the family parking area and it had it's own entrance gate with no queue's, really close to the entrance (which is important when travelling with 2 young children and the associated paraphernalia) and the security express pass was brilliant!
Only improvement I would ask for is to have a supply of trolley's available at the car park. I had to walk to the terminal to find one.”
“Quick and easy website for bookings, but sometimes the barrier does not work and you have to contact the office to quote your reference number to get into the car park. Also allow plenty of time after your arrival time in your booking once your flight is delayed and you go over the exit time of the car park it can be very expensive.”

Hi there, thank you for your review. If you parked in the Long Stay, there are always spaces in zones f-k. In future, if you are having trouble finding a space then please follow the signs for F-K and you will find a space.
