“Booking was quick and easy, however, I struggled to locate the confirmation email, and could not get the website to resend any booking details, which did make the morning of flying stressful. On arrival though, we got our ticket from the machine with no problems and all was straight forward from there.
I would like to mention the contractor staff you have working in the car parks, as they were hugely helpful to us on our return. Unfortunately, our car battery was dead when we arrived back from holiday, and the staff (I believe one man's name was Mick) spent some time helping us restart the car, eventually retrieving some jump leads to get us going again. We cannot thank them enough for their help!”
“The car park was within 2 minutes of the airport and was easy to access.
The only issue I have is the amount of spam emails I am now getting on a daily basis since using there website, which is very annoying and probably going to force me to have to disable my account and create another.”

“It was easy to get in. Had to look for quite a while to find a car parking space. There is a decent amount of space for each car, you're not squeezed in like sardines, like some car parks. Pretty close to the airport, as well. Would definitely use Liverpool Airport parking again.”

“I have used the car park on many occasions and have always been very satisfied.
The one time I had to complain was when the flight was delayed for 9 hours by French traffic control and I had to pay a full price namely a weeks parking fee again to enable my car to be released thus paying double fees.
I complained to the authorities without success.”
“Parking is good and secure but what is off-putting is the constant presence of the parking warden who sits ready to pounce and issue a fine to anybody who has the audacity to drop someone off on the main approach road to the airport. What a pity !!”

“I use the long stay at Liverpool quite a lot. The car park is a basic car park, you just put your car in a space and go. The long stay is quite heavily used and finding a space can be challenging. You need to allow space hunting time when making your trip. Apart from that I've never had a problem and shall continue to use it. Thank you.”
