“Easy to find, straight in and parked no problem. A five minute walk to the terminal. After 4 days away the car was still there with not a mark on it. Straight back out of the car park, no waiting to get out. Will definitely use again.”
“The Long stay parking was very simple to find my daughter is disabled and we had to wait for someone to return to their car after their flight returned in order to get a space but that's understandable then it was a bit of a rush to get the luggage out to get over to departures ..on return getting out of the carpark was easy BUT when we got home my daughter had a ticket from the car park of a £100 fine as in our panick to get to departures her disabled badge had not been displayed properly we have appealed and it takes upto 28 days to get back to you but you have 28 days from issue to pay it so hopeing it is sorted soon as causing my disabled daughter a lot of upset and anxiety.”
“In general the transfer through the airport was smooth and without issue. Two female security officials were standing outside the security zone were very officious and rude where it wasn't needed. We just asked them a question regarding our fast track security.”
“Fantastic and oh so easy to use the Meet and Greet car parking. Seemless and so near the airport building. Drove in, logged in and left the keys. Got a receipt and on return used receipt, picked up keys and drove off. Couldn't be simpler. Highly recommended.”
“Excellent. The personal greeting on screen when I pulled up was a nice touch. Plenty of spaces. A short walk to the terminal. Exiting was just as easy. Back to the car. Drove out of the automatic barriers. No traffic. No congestion. Straight in and out no hassle at all.”
“Whilst I purchased the 'Meet and Greet' option there was no meet and no greet. On picking up my vehicle the machines were not working properly and no person was present to ask for assistance. On finally getting my key the location of my car was some way, away and suffering from emphasima found this a task. I was expecting my car to be in the same area I left it as is the case at Mcr.Airport. Everything else at Liverpool airport was very good, the parking experience let it down”
“I booked the outdoor long stay parking for a flight at 8.10am. As a disabled traveller it was an absolute nightmare trying to find a parking space at 5.45am. There were only 3 empty spaces in the entire car park, non of which were disabled spaces. As my powerchair was in the boot of my chair, our suitcase was on the back seats. With only narrow spaces left, I had to get out of the car and stand there with the suitcase whilst my husband parked in the space and then used the hoist to get my powerchair out for me. I was in a lot of pain and never should have been put in that position. If my husband hadn't been with me, I couldn't have managed it on my own. Never again.”
