“Good location, clean, secure car park, barrier s worked first time with no issues, easy to book online. The only issue is narrow parking bays. But that's quite common in UK. Thank you, nice to do business with you.”
“On 19th July I booked fast track parking for one week commencing 7th September at 11 a.m. in the disabled car park.I was supposed to have been able to park in a disabled bay, which I needed due to my disability. When I arrived in the car park, there were no disabled spaces left, although a couple of the cars parked in them did not display a blue badge. I had to park at the very back of the car park in a very tight, small place and had great difficulty getting out of the car and retrieving my case from the boot.
It was the first time I had used Liverpool Airport and I was really upset. It ruined the start of my holiday. When I got to fast track security the passes would not work! What on earth did I pay £162 for? Shocking service. I complained to the check-in rep, who told me to contact your department on my return. There is not an email address to complain to !”
“Our trip to Portugal started when we arrive at the multi-story car park at the John Lennon Airport. We found a space on the fourth floor and after a short walk we were booked in and on our way. Everyone, including Assistance, security and lounge staff are so friendly and helpfull. Plane was on timeboth departing and return. Far better than the big impersonal airports.”

“The spaces are a good size so there's less chance of your car getting hit by others, no damage/break in to my car or any other car i could see. That said, it's an outragous price for parking, i'll be getting a taxi next time as is 1/4 of the price.”
“l found the booking very good and l called to ask about my parking in the multi car park as l had used this many times in the past when l worked and fly to places with my job. however now semi retired l havent worked since 2020 so l know things change but always felt my car was safe within the car park l wanted to use it again when l flew to Jersey to see some friends. Very happy with the the team when they helped me sort this out a couple of weeks ago .”
