“We used the car park for flights to Alicante, we had no problems with entrance and exit, and would use the car park again.
I do think the exit signs need to be clearer, more on road painted signs, and the tree branches cut that are covering the exit sign.”

As it was the first time I have parked Ian the Airport I was a bit apprehensive, but everything turned out fine no problems at all.”
“A little walk to the arrival hall. Carrying golf bag was a bit of a struggle. The price of parking is expensive but still very busy. A bit more expensive than getting a taxi to and from airport / home. You will pay more for being closer. First time parking at LJL. Will definitely think again next time.”
“We drove up to the barrier which opened automatically. We found an empty parking space on the second floor near to the pedestrian exit.
On our return, we found our car then found the exit.

“Airport parking at Liverpool is so easy and convenient that it's a big factor in choosing to fly from the airport. there's no hanging about in the dark waiting for a shuttle bus, as in many other airports unless you're prepared to pay an arm and a leg to be closer to your flight.

“Park Smart is brilliant. So close to the airport and very easy to find. Always use it when i use Liverpool Airport. Good value compared to parking in other airports.”
“Meet & Greet - Easy to negotiate checking in the vehicle and checking out. The departure parking lot was close by. I requested charging of my electric car, and this was done.
Additionally, everything is a short distance to the terminal when pushing a trolley or wheelchair.
I have already booked Meet & Greet for our next flights.”

Online booking system easy and is advisable. Advisable too to take note before booking which carpark you are booking into. I went to multi-storey but should have gone to Smart Park. Pressed for help at barrier and staff member very helpful, put me at ease and gave m instructions what to do next and also directions to get to Smart Park which is not far away, although may prove a little too far/difficult for those with restricted mobilty/poor mobility.
Overall a good experience.”
“When arriving in the dark and wet conditions we found it very difficult for the long walk in the wind and rain to the main terminal,on our way back we took ten minutes to find our car (no numbers or letters to say what row we were in)”
