“The parking would have been great except I could not exit. The ANPR system did not appear to work so did not recognise me entering and wanted to charge me £130 to get out. The help call sorted things, but the instructions and/or process needs to be looked at. I had a QR code on my phone but nothing to tell me I had to use it to gain entry.”
“We have used this service on many occasions and have always found it to be a very smooth experience.
On the odd occasion we have had an issue with the barrier not raising , but the attendants are very helpful and polite and sort the problem swiftly …. Even in the middle of the night !!
Spaces are always scarce but we have always found one, the multi storey is our car park of choice - yes it’s more expensive but you get what you pay for in our opinion.

“Brilliant, love the whole concept, and with being disabled it's so close to terminal. Unfortunately I parked in wrong car park and before I left they wanted a silly payment, but staff on intercom were so helpful, so Unfortunately it was my silly fault.”
“I used the long stay car park and it was really close to the terminal which was great. The signage to exit the car park was awful and ended up driving round a few times to find it.”
