“Car Park was easy to find on arrival, the problem was finding an actual parking space in the car park, spent 10 minutes driving up and down lanes to find one. Did try disable bays but they were also full.”

“Reasonably priced and perfect location, especially when you arrive home, tired from your journey. Well sign posted and no problems entering or leaving and only a 5 minute walk from the terminal.”

“I paid &120 for 10 days parking and because it was dark and poor car park signing, apparently I went to the wrong car park. It would not let me in so I pressed the button in the dark to speak to someone but all it did was lift the barrier and give me a ticket. As there was a queue behind me I had to go forward so parked up. In the end it cost me £190 so I won’t be using any car parks at the airport in future”
“The entry and exit ANPR system worked fine in the Long Stay car park. However, finding a parking space proved near impossible. Having booked and paid for parking several months in advance, this is not acceptable.
What should have been a smooth experience became quite traumatic, bearing in mind check-in time requirements.
The capacity is either insufficient or ‘overstays’ are an issue.
The lack of an attendant on site (either physical or through speaker) added to the problem.
This is the worst way to begin a journey.”
“Great experience from the moment of booking to departing. Straight forward and clear on how to book and use this facility, reasonable in relation to how much everything costs in today’s day!
No extra charges for being a couple hours over from a delayed flight which is a nice touch considering it’s nobody’s fault.
Overall - real pleasant experience.”
