“Once I found it very easy to use and and very easy to pick up the car. It definitely needs to be better sign posted because I literally couldn't find it until I went into another car park and used the buzzer to ask.”
“Easy enough to get to, small airport on the edge of a housing estate.
Very different to other meet and greet carparks we've been to in the UK, no one to greet. You effectively dump your car in a row of others and post your key.”
“The parking was very easy and close to the terminal. My car was recognised by the number plate reading system on the way in and out, I didnt have to do anything.”
“Easy to book. When at airport, automated recognition, parking barrier lifted, easily found a parking bay. All done in less than a few minutes. On return car all good, on exit again automated recognition, barrier lifted, off we went. No problems. Great service 😊”
“This was our first time using Liverpool Airport and the Meet and Greet service. Simply put in one word - BRILLIANT (Capitals intended!!) Everyone we met at the airport was helpful and very friendly. This was particularly the case of the gentleman who was on duty in the Meet & Greet Reception for both our departure and our arrival back. Superb!”
“We found our way to the car park ok, two cars, my daughters car was in front. There was two barriers facing us, my daughter aimed for the left one, it would not open as predicted. There was no intercome as predicted by you, so she could not get in touch with anyone. In desperation she took the ticket offered by the machine, and this cost her twelve pounds! While this was going on I noticed cars getting through the barrier on the right, so I took this option and got through. Every thing worked on the return trip with no problems. I now think that you should return the twelve pounds that my daughter had to pay to get away from the barrier and into the car park.”
“Easy to find, plenty of spaces and all on one level close to the airport, the only downside was that the way out was not clearly marked, making it quite difficult to find your way out.”
