“We had a straightforward booking in. A bit strange to do it all ourselves on the bar code system. The key fob was a bit fragile and we had to use a new one. Difficult to get the label off. We lost our ticket on holiday but fortunatley were able to follow instructions to get the car key. It was easy to find the car.”
“great Service much easier to use than The 1. at Manchester Airport. there was signage to it at The end of The avenue Just before The airport but you're so busy reading all The signs there that you don't know that you don't have time to read it so we went The wrong way to begin with. at The end when we collected The keys there was A map to where The Car was but it disappeared so quickly I wasn't able to take it in it would be much better if it came up at The very end”
“Very good but, I thought the short stay I booked was oppiste the Departures. Whne I retunr to car had a shock as only stayed 2 days, shoter than I expected and was presneted with a charge of £136. Sorted in end had to pay another £18 needs to be clearer.”
“Terrible conditions, bays conned off no walking route and very dirty in general . Looked more like derelict space than airport parking.
Little cut through people was taking to avoid longer walk had gaps assed attempt to block with cut of trees .”
“It’s easy to book although there are different car parks and when arriving in the dark they are not very well sign posted so I ended up in the wrong car park subsequently I ended up on the wrong car park and was charged £115 to exit which was refunded in the end.”
“I had pre booked car parking slot at park smart, however, I parked at long stay area and I have been charged for that, despite having had prebooked, but next day I called the customer service, the lady was very helpful she clearly explained my mistake and directed for further process to get the refund.
I received my excess paid amount today.
It was difficult to find the specific place
(Park smart),hence I landed up parking in the long stay area.

“Used the multistorey car park. Excellent - no complaints. Prepaid and no issues with entry or exit. Easy to find, easy to park, right next to the terminal building. Stress free experience.”
“Meet and greet was easy to find and use during daylight hours. Signposts to parking zones, however were difficult to follow at night. The signposts also to meet and greet as you come out of the airport could be clearer and are better lit.”
