“Soooo easy! Was straight in, the check in desks were really straight forward and easy to use. Plenty of tags available for car keys and everything is labelled and sign posted for ease of process. Picking my car back up was even simpler, scanned the barcode provided at drop off and my car keys were waiting in a locker. The machine even tells you which row your car is parked on. Would 100% use again”
“the instructions could have been better when leaving the key. After registering and getting the item to attach key to, The arrow pointing at where to post the key is miss leading. 2 of us were leaving our key and we both were looking at the machine at the right. It should state that the slot is on the side wall.”

I parked at 5pm in the morning, pitch black with poor lighting and thay said I had parked outside a bay. What bay? I couldn't see it as the car park was that rammed. “The entry lane to the car park was not easily visible in the dark, and the exit signs were not very clear on leaving the car park.
There were plenty of spaces for parking and it was helpful that it was all on one level. It was easy and a short distance to the airport departure doors.”
“We chose the meet and greet parking option for the first time at Liverpool. We've used this option at other airports so that is why we opted for it on this trip. We've used also added the fast track option. The experience couldn't have been easier. With simple directional guidance we found the drop off point. A member of staff helped explain the system and what to expect on our return. We sailed through the security with their new camera system which didn't require the usual empty everything out of hand luggage etc. The whole experience was in fact a pleasure”
“We booked a 2 week stay in the long stay. Arriving at 4am on a damp morning I inadvertently left both back windows wide open. On returning 2 weeks later we found that the parking company had noticed the issue and used plastic sheeting to protect the car and printed a note to explain. There was zero rain damage and I was so impressed that so someone had cared enough to take action. Many thanks to LJL parking for a first class service. The parking was also very close to the airport and not excessively expensive. Overall, 10 out of 10.”
