“From entering the car park at 5am to the return 5 days later at 11pm I fund the whole experience good.
Clear directions, plenty of parking spaces & reasonably priced. The pleasing thing was our flight was delayed 30 minutes so our time ran over slightly & no extra charge. I will definitely use again.”
“It is the third time i've used this service in the last 18 months. Easy to book and use with the number plate recognition. Good value for money compared to 2x 30 minute taxi services.
The only thing i would mention is that there could be improved signage for general direction and exiting the carpark, especially after dark. I've attached where i have parked each time for reference. Other than that, very happy.”
“When we booked the car park,we were told not to take a ticket,the barrier would lift automatically,but when we arrived the barrier did not raise and after a couple of minutes we pressed for a ticket which was a thin piece of paper not a card ticket,the barrier raised.
On our departure we approached the barrier nothing happened,pressed the call button and gave my details to your employee who raised the barrier.
Do you operate a NPR SYSTEM or a ticket system ?.”
“Liverpool airport parking meet and greet service was excellent, easy drop off close to the terminal.
My vehicle has battery issue whilst away and they very kindly facilitated Mercedes Benz visiting my car to resolve for me.”
“Meet and greet parking was fantastic. For a woman travelling alone. I found the car park easily. Parked up, was met and helped with the machine and directed to the terminal which was only about 100yd away. Easy to retrieve your key and find your car on return. I was on my way home within 30mins of landing.”
“Brilliant parking 2 minutes from the airport entrance. We have an imported car and the camera doesn't recognise the number plate (it's square, not oblong) just press the intercom and they send a printed ticket, it's as easy as that 👍”
“Hi, As my wife and I are are 85yrs of age the use of the Fast Track car park was an ideal solution. However on arrival back at the airport we headed inside the terminal towards the exit for the Fast Track car park. We then found the exit door locked and As I am restricted a little in mobility and having to retreat to the main exit, I suffered an angina attack. We were able to slowly make our way outside towards the car park but being after 11pm it was now a struggle. Just a mention when booking this car park that the exit would be closed could save a lot of trouble and stress. When arrived at this exit I did speak to a couple of Airport staff but they were rather disinterested and said it was a car park problem not theirs. Otherwise a pleasant airport experience.
