“I used the meet and greet car park. It's badly sign posted I wound up in the multi story first. The sign at the junction doesn't refer to it as meet & greet but something else the alternative sends you to all other car parks.”
“Very easy to find just off the roundabout just as you approach the airport. 5 minutes walk back to the terminal, spaces were a bit cramped but you can't complain for the price”
“Had a generally positive experience with Liverpool Airport Parking. The car parks are very close to the terminal—just a short walk, which is really convenient. However, when arriving in the dark, it wasn’t clear which car park matched our pre-booking, and the booking confirmation didn’t specify this either. We accidentally parked in the wrong car park as a result. That said, the staff were excellent and resolved the issue quickly, making sure we didn’t have to pay again. Great customer service overall, but clearer signage and booking details would make the process even smoother.”
