I couldn't park there on my last visit due to my vehicle being in a Garage for repair but Liverpool Airport returned my Booking fee immediately when I explained my situation, which was greatly appreciated, it was excellent Customer Service...!!”

“Parking was ok. Not a lot of room on the day. I also got charged an extra £15. I made a mistake on the exiting. I stated id be leaving on the 5th at 2. I forgot to amend the 5th to 6th as we where landing at 1ish on the 6th. Dont know if that would of made any diffrence i the price.”

“It's easy enough to get in but funding the way out was a nightmare. I've never been in such a badly signed car park. The road markings all seem to be in dire need of repainting and there are far too few visible exit signs.”

Was able to park opposite main entrance so only had a 5 minute walk which was very good when returning late at night. Have used it on many occasions and would recommend it.”
“We arrived at long stay and we needed a disabled car space and there was none to be found as my little boy has a wheelchair chair we need the room but there was none so we had to park in a "normal" car space and they were hard to find.”
