“Parking up was ok but we arrived after midnight and there was no one there and the key had a tag on with a location of the car. After walking around to that location and not finding the car we walked back to the meet and greet and banged on the door inside and someone came out. Told him the tale and he said it was the location they used and the car was over the road. A wasted 1 hr!!!!!”
“Paid for multi storey parking for disabled space. On arrival at 5.30am only space available was outside the building. Advertised as your car would be protected from the elements. So came back after a week to a dusty dirty vehicle. The price was quite expensive too.”
“Good access into the car park. Not a very easily navigable route to the main building, particularly when having to take luggage. Arrived back at 1.30am and found route back to car park not well illuminated and unsafe. Very very poor exit signage when driving out. Took a while therefore to navigate a route out of the car park. Wouldn’t recommend the car park to others to those reasons.”
“Parking at Liverpool Airport was simple easy accessible and well signed posted and I would definitely use again if need be. However I would say the small grass areas of the car park were not kept in a good state of repair and overtaken with weeds and looked messy considering the money paid”
“I chose meet and greet as I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and my husband has a broken leg, therefore, neither of us would be able to get the case out of the boot of the car. However, we were not met by anyone and the whole service was automated. Upon return, the car was parked ages away in a different car park that we had to go to, in all, it wasn’t meet & greet. The only advantage was that it was next to the departure terminal.”
“Used the onsite car parks several times. Easy to book, easy to drive in as barrier recognises the car registration and the terminal building is a short walk away. Even easier when leaving.”
“SHOCKING AVOID!!! £100 fine for “not parking in a space” just to be told it’s because the white lines had faded. Sorry but not our problem??? Disgusting will be appealing the fine!!! Photo attached of where we parked!!!”
