“We always use this parking when we fly from Liverpool airport and we have never had an issue. The parking is easy to find and very straight forward to do. It’s also 2 minutes from the terminal which is ideal for departing and landing.”
“The price of the car park was great, it was close to the terminal ( about a 3/4min walk). I accidentally parked in the wrong area ( long stay instead of Smart Parking ) and was really worried that I’d be charged a day rate onto of what I paid. I messaged the customer services team who sorted it out for me straight away. I had to speak to an operator when leaving who was really friendly and sorted everything out quickly as advised by the customer service team.

“The multistorey pedestrian entrance is not sufficiently signposted from across the road (outside terminal). Would also be useful to zone each floor level so it's easier to remember where vehicle is parked. Cost of parking here is quite high but my wife has limited mobility so other cheaper parking options not suitable.”
“Car park easy to find; bit of search for a space but found one after 5 mins or so. Barrier slow to let me out on return. Quite expensive to park now but aren't they all!”
“Whilst the Park Smart parking is a more affordable option than the multi storey, for a first time user beware because if you miss the right lane for signs directing to Park Smart you may end up having to go through the drop off/pick up car park costing six pounds which happened to me. No way to refund the six pounds. Shame on Liverpool Airport car parks for not providing an opportunity to turn around.”
“Great experience. I did travel with a child and to have short distance from car park to airport was very important for me. It was just 2min. walk distance. Happy with service, definitely will use again if travel from Liverpool.”
