“Very good (helpful on phone as well) and close for departures. Instructions and signs for finding after arrival back I are poor and access is a bit intimidating for people on their own in the dark.”
“This was part of the happy travel experience through John Lennon Airport. Booking was easy online at a price that was less than a taxi round trip to Manchester Airport a similar distance from my home. We found a parking space within a few minutes of arrival and it took only 10 minutes to reach the airport entrance. It took only half an hour between parking and reaching the departure lounge - how good is that? The return was a similar experience, there was no waiting for a transfer bus and we were on our journey in no time at all.”
“We used the long stay parking for a 14 night break in November2024. Everything was good, from the online booking to the access and parking. We arrived back in the pitch black and the car park was well lit. The only negative was finding our way from our parking spot to the exit barrier. The signage is worse than useless, and in the dark it was more by luck than judgement that we found our way. That's the reason I have docked a star from the rating.”

“My flight was rescheduled 2.5 hours later and I phoned to adjust my arrival and departure times for Meet and Greet accordingly. The phone number was chargeable as an 0845 number and cost me £3. I was advised that the amendment could be made but would cost an additional £19. I was also told that if I was more than 4 hours later than booked it would cost another £25...I decided to risk leaving the booking as it was...disappointed with the whole situation and then to find all automated with no staff there when dropping off or picking up....hardly meet and greet....”
