“Booked a Park Smart space but couldn't see any signs for Park Smart as I approached the airport and ended up mistakenly in the Long Stay carpark and had a stressful time trying to exit. Thanks to an employee at the airport who got me out of the pickle and to the correct parking area.”

“I did book and pay to stay in the smart pay car park, it was a little confusing with directions to get in but very straight forward to find a spot and leave your car, is what I thought, but I had parked in the staff car park not the smart pay, causing an issue to get out when I returned but the man on the speaker was very helpful and explained where I had gone wrong and cleared it up for me...I will defo use again it made my trip away so much easier than traveling from Manchester...many thanks”
