“Used the Smart Parking at LPL. Easy to book and get into the parking area. However, we had to park right at the far end of the car park and there were no luggage trollies available so my wife and I had to manually wheel our heavy luggage all the way across the car park and into the terminal. My wife requires special assistance and the effort of wheeling our luggage that distance caused her some mobility issues and discomfort once in the terminal.”

“I used M&G for the first time - the parking directions and signage needs to be improved. i made an incorrect turn as there were 2 large concrete blocks in the road and so i turned right thinking that was the M&G entrance. Using the intercom i discovered i had to drive around the concrete blocks which to be clear are in the middle of the road to reach the M&G entrance. I was doing this at 4am in the pitch black and so it was an extremely unpleasant experience.”
