“I parked in the long stay car park which I thought was right it wasn't until I got on holiday that I saw a email from you it had gone into my spam box, so that ment I was parked in the wrong car park i had paid in advance for the parking so it meant on my return I had to pay a extra £29 which I was not happy with”
“Easily booked online, nice big spaces.
However, I have only given it three stars as I found that I couldn't extend the parking online whilst on holiday. We just wanted to add a few days onto our holiday and this was the highest cost in doing so, much higher than extending the rental car hire period and administration charges for changing the return flight. So I paid on exit costing me £180 for six days. My original eight days booking cost £129.
I would really expect a similar discounted rate and the ability to extend online.”

1. None of the information provided made it clear how to find the "Park Smart" parking area.
2. The signage was not clear when approaching the roundabout at the entrance to the airport
3. The car park itself was a long walk from the terminal
4. None of the sections, nor the bays, were clearly marked, making it difficult to know the exact location of the parked car”
“I have used this car park several tones and found the process straight forward. I have been delayed and had no issues on leaving the car park. Would recomnend. I wouldn't say its value for money as the cost is disgusting.”
“The low rating is not for the car park itself but for the lack of clear signs to the car park and warning that if you go to far you end up in long stay car park which charges you £16 for simply entering and exiting! There is nowhere to turn around to avoid going in. Terrible system.”
“We recently used the short stay multistorey while we went away for four nights. The whole process from booking online to parking and exiting was smooth and effortless. No issues with the barrier as the camera read our number plate as we drove towards it. We found a space immediately and felt happy and secure to leave our car there. The terminal was literally opposite. Exactly the same process when we returned. We would definitely use this facility again and recommend to others.”
