“Signage on approach for car parks poor.
I ended up in the wrong car park. Pressed the intercom twice and ended up getting a ticket to park.
Despite emailing multiple times and calling the day of no response or action was put into place to come back to me. I had to follow up the day prior to arriving home for an update.
I was made to pay the difference in price. The member of staff on the intercom was not customer friendly.”
“Absolutely worth every penny-the booking process was straightforward and then the parking itself was a case of driving up, having your number plate checked, entering and then the short walk to the airport!
The family spaces were large enough to get everyone in and out without damaging other peopleโs cars and made the process one less thing to worry about!”
“I thought the charges for 3 days was extortionate.
Aldo Iโm disabled and was unable to find a place in a disabled bay , I had to find another bay only to find I was unable to get in my vehicle on my return because the vehicle adjacent was parked about 3inch away from my door.
Therefore I had to get help getting in via the passenger side .so all in all a disaster”
“Location was great, 10-15mins walk to the terminal. Bays are bit on the small side, be careful parking next to larger vehicles, as they are just within the bay markings. Site could do with a better system to show open spots instead of having drivers going round and round looking for a space. Lighting was good, we landed in the middle of the night, pathway was well lit and clean. Pricing is a bit steep, but all in all a good experience.”

Staff member was very helpful and talked me through whole process, including where the car would be when we returned. Collection was just a easy.
Would definitely use meet and greet again.”
“Didnโt enjoy the experience as my husband needed a wheelchair to get to the terminal. It was a long walk for him in the rain. There were not any seats in the entrance where he could rest either so not a good start to our holiday.”
“Instructions not clear and ended up in wrong car park which we didn't realise until we had to pay upon exit after 1 week away. The barrier should never have allowed us into the wrong car park.”
“Over all I like flying out of JLA and would rather pay extra to do so, I am not keen on using Manchester.
The parking at JLA is in walking distance and cheap enough, the parking not important I cloud suggest will never happen and that is make the space bigger.”
