“The car park was very full and it took a considerable amount of driving around and time in order to find a space. Better information or better guidance to a space would improve the situation greatly!”
“Car parking at the airport was easy - no leaving and picking up keys and then trtying to find the car when back in the UK....The car park itself is a very short walk away from the departue and arrival doors. So no buses involved.”
“Park smart carpark: The spaces are a good size and the car park is well lit. The ANPR works well. However there has been a large increase of £9 per day. Booking has become more difficult if you enter the booking page from the Park smart website the payment does not go through. I could only book by going through the John Lennon website after a couple of attempts.”
“Great car parking but signage isn't clear enough. We'd paid in advance but went to wrong car park. Customer service staff were really helpful and helped us rectify the situation and we paid the additional amount when we left the car park. Better signage on arrival would help”
