“Unfortunately, the service at this parking lot is outdated. It's the 21st century, and it's impossible to contact anyone at the staff. Ultimately, we paid for parking, but we didn't park there. Our flight was postponed and we had to be at the airport an hour early. We couldn't change our reservation; the system wanted us to pay the same amount for that extra hour as for the entire day.”
“Upon arriving at Liverpools Meet & Greet you’re expected to have your car scanned and then proceed through the barrier; this didn’t happen as there was no barrier and everyone drove through. Easy to use logging your vehicle and dropping off your key. Like the idea of the car being onsite all the time and no 50 miles away in a field. Car was 2nd row upon my arrival back off holiday.
All in all a quick and simple parking solution.
