“The Park Smart area not signposted and we parked in what turned out to be wrong area after following directions. This should be marked clearly. We just followed long stay and saw no seperate Park Smart and still dont know where it is for future.”
“I recently used the long stay car park at Liverpool airport, I booked online and entered my registration number. Everything was great and all went to plan. The camera at the barrier read my registration and immediately lifted. I found a space relatively easily. I arrived back in the early hours (female, travelling alone) the car park was very well lit and there wer police cars parked nearby so I did not feel at all threatened. The barrier lifted to allow me to leave. I would reccommend parking at the long stay at Liverpool airport.”
“After the initial booking I made which turned out to be a scam saying it was park and ride at Liverpool airport which cost £55. I lost booke it through Liverpool airport itself and had no issues. At all but cost me a further £72.”
“Really easy to find, and simple to use. We used the family parking. As we have an Audi Q7 didn't feel like the spaces were extra wide but that's the problem with bigger cars nowadays. No issues at all, 2 minute walk to the Airport enterance at 2.30am with 2 tired children.”
“Fast track parking is in an excellent location for quick access to the terminal building. Easy access in and out! Ideal for us on a nine night break to Spain. Just a bit pricy, however it is a premium offering.”
“Not used the met and greet before, went over to Northern Ireland for a couple of days, booked easily on line and arrived at 6 am, really good direction on including an instructional video going through all the steps required, really easy to find big signs you cannot miss, parked the car, dropped the keys off using the instructions on the screen and walked to the terminal in about 30 seconds we had no luggage to book in so we’re through to duty free in less than 15 mins, I appreciate it was early but the convenience made all the difference. Collection of the car was just as easy, landed and was on way home in 20mins, all very simple. Will definitely be using again”
“When travelling, Liverpool airport is my 1st choice. So much so, I hate it if I find a holiday that only travels out of Manchester. It’s a great carpark, close proximity to the terminal, easy to find also”
“Very quick and easy to find/enter the carparts. I did the family parking where the spaces were big enough for our Range Rover and we left it without fear of it being knocked. Makes me think Liverpool is the airport to chose!”
“I parked in the multi-story right across the road from the terminal.
I booked and paid online, in advance, but when I came to leave the barrier would not let me out!
I pressed the call button and a friendly chap immediately answered and sorted it out for me.
Moral of the story: Keep your booking reference handy in case there is a problem.”
“We always use this parking when we fly from Liverpool airport and we have never had an issue. The parking is easy to find and very straight forward to do. It’s also 2 minutes from the terminal which is ideal for departing and landing.”
“The price of the car park was great, it was close to the terminal ( about a 3/4min walk). I accidentally parked in the wrong area ( long stay instead of Smart Parking ) and was really worried that I’d be charged a day rate onto of what I paid. I messaged the customer services team who sorted it out for me straight away. I had to speak to an operator when leaving who was really friendly and sorted everything out quickly as advised by the customer service team.
I’ll definitely be using them again!”
