“Beware of faded and missing lines to parking bays especially if your arriving in the dark or the parking warden used by LJLA will slap a £100 ticket on your vehicle.
I have parked in the space shown on the picture many time's but for some reason its now not a space”
“Booked parking but it kept glitching ending up booking for 3 hours as return date kept reverting to same as start date ... then incurred a daily fine £140- surely it shouldnt let you book less than a day as vant travel anywhere in less that 3 hours - £200 for 4 days most expensive car parking event/mistake wont be parking again”
“Once we found the fast track car park is was great, but the directional signage is very poor and we ended up going through the drop off car park twice (at a cost of £12) before we found the way. Very annoying!”
“Parking is fine. But... the booking system still has a car I owned 6 years ago as the default and refuses to change it. Even when you type in the latest Reg it reverts so you finish up stuck at the gate

“We used meet and greet. Although it was easy to do, we actually ended up parking further away than the standard parking, and upon return it took us longer than what it would have done to park normally not meet and greet. It's not really meet and great when no-one meets nor greets you, and it's further away.”
“Very confusing on how to locate the car park especially when it’s busy and you can’t reverse etc. ended up accidentally ‘upgrading’ my parking and having to pay extra! Used the postcode on the booking confirmation as well!!”

“The car park itself is secure, however when we got back from our trip our car was met with no room to get into the drivers side. Inconsiderate drivers have parked their car so close to ours that my partner who is a below the knee amputee could not get into the vehicle. This isn’t the airports fault however moreso the actions of inconsiderate drivers. As there’s no disabled spots in this car park we parked here thinking we’d be able to get into the car if everyone parked within the lines which was fine when we left. However this wasn’t the case.”
“Only good thing is it is close to the terminal with not very far to walk.
The car park itself is very poorly lit up, with very little signage i.e. exit signs. If your not familiar with the site it can be very difficult to navigate your way round especially when it is dark.”
“Confusing signage caused me to pay £16 extra for a 7 day stay. Went in short stay instead of long stay seemingly.barrier wouldn't open on exit.screen said £130 to pay. Got it down to £16 after speaking to attendant.couldnt be bothered arguing after a long day..poor finish to a great liverpool airport experience”
“We had prepaid for a weeks parking but inadvertenly parked in the wrong car park (it was 4.00am and very dark!). We didn't know this until our return and had to pay an additional £16 before we could exit. I suspect we're not the first to have had this experience”
“We dropped the car off and picked it up without a problem. But it's called "Meet and Greet" and we didn't meet a single person - there was no human interaction from start to finish. A sad indictment of the times; definitely not the way forward.”
“The email I was sent did not give clear instructions as to which car park to use. Then at exit they attempted to charge me a much higher rate which I challenged but still had to pay an extra charge for parking in the wrong car park. Very disappointed”
